Michelle, did you drop your laptop to John to take to the kid to work on? That's my guess! Bummer that you can't see DIS well on your phone. That's the only way I access it. Sorry about your increased pain and upcoming tests.

I got a call a little while back from Deb... We chatted for a long time catching up of course and she let me know that John had a computer and that I could have it if I was interested...

Well.. we were supposed to get together last week.. but I had a kidney stone and he had a cold, so we were delayed a tiny bit...

We met in Jersey when I came down for my Drs. appt. (I got lost.. you would think I could remember where everything is in Jersey.. but so many things have changed (lots of things have been built and such...)

I got to meet the Kid... & yeah.. he is John's clone!!!

After that I got back to my brothers house and had a nice visit with Emma... (Will was being the typical teenager - hiding in his room with his guitar...lol) Grammy loves to see the grand children...



Hey Deb... mom has said that if I get another lap top when I get paid... she's thinking of taking over on this one (I think she just wants to get online so she can see pics of her little princess!!!) (it's cool being a great grandmother I hear...lol) (that and she can find cross word puzzles to do online... (she still does them in ink...)



It's sooo nice to be able to get back online... I felt so cut off from everyone... lonely I guess... can't get my mickey fix on a tiny phone screen...

BTW.. has anyone else heard the rumors that the Magic may be going out of NYC again in '14? The last ones proved very popular I hear.

I KNOW.....that's why I couldn't go back to sleep until I could get the dead mouse and throw it outside.

When I got Ella I said I wanted a female cat because males are too agressive and will hunt. So instead I got Ella who does all of those things.

It's time for us to put down new rat poisoning. It comes in little square blocks and we put it behind the fridge and behind the washer/dryer so the cat and dog can't get at it. That's where the mice are that Ella catches. That will take care of the mouse problem for at least another six months. Then we have to put down more.

It's funny because Sandi acts like her dad, but doesn't look anything like him. The kid looks like his father's clone, but acts just like his mother. Very strange.

That sounds great Michelle. John pointed out that we had six computers between the two of us. We really won't miss one. When you get your laptop, then you'll have one for each of you. That works!

Before I bought my new laptop, when my old one was at Staples getting fixed.....I used the netbook and thought that the screen was so small using that. I can't even imagine if I only had my phone to work with. That would drive me nuts. I can use my phone to check FB but I don't like to type a lot with it.

When I'm on the road I check FB from the car, but I usually don't reply until we check into a hotel for the night and set up the laptop. It would drive me nuts if all I had was my phone.

I'm sure they will go out of NYC again because I'll be in Florida. DUH.

We had such an easy trip getting in and out of NYC on the Magic from PA. Now we'll wait until 2014 before we cruise again, more than likely.....and we'll do this reunion cruise no matter where it goes out.

Well John woke up for the last time at 5am to go to work. That has to be a good feeling. He said he's not working today.....just going around and saying goodbye to everyone. I hope they give him some sort of party. He's been there for 21 years. They should do something for him.

Just two more months and I'll be a FL resident.

Monica, I booked a HI express hotel and suites in Davenport for March 24 for four nights. That's when we're going to meet the Real Estate agent and finalize the deal for the house.

Then we'll move in during April, as soon as we're ready.

feeling a little down right now...missing someone a lot & not expecting to see him for a while + pms = blue

Trying to hold it together & I know I will...just hope not to add any stress to his life, as he's still going through training. He told me that there were 31 people that started on 1/7 and as of 1/25 there were only 10 people left.

Trying to think of different things to do over the weekends so I'm not thinking as much about him.
