I know it's only Tuesday and you don't leave until Saturday, but you sound MUCHO busy......so I had to make sure I told you before you left.

My granddaughter's 1st birthday is coming up on Sept22 and my daughter's is Sept 27 Both were born about a week past their due dates!

Hi Deb It will just be my daughter, Sara, with me on the Western cruise. My granddaughter, Serenity, is my son's child.

No worries! Sara was married just a year ago, I would love for her to have a child but they seem to want to wait a while I honestly believe this is a good thing, but I will be overjoyed when they do decide the time is right

Oh and if any of you were wondering about the special ed class, I'm not doing it. I was worried about it and thought too long and someone applied that had the experience that I didn't. It was meant to be I'm going to take No Child Left behind class so I can have more opportunities.

DVC announced 2 new resorts today in Florida.

The tower at the Contemporary and the Tree Top Villas at Saratoga Springs.

ohhhhhhhhh Tee Top Villas.......I was always so said when we cruised by them on teh Sasquhulahonnahieinie River. Glad to see they are going to be doing something with them.

No, No.....Me and Jackie, the Scorpions, must be best month to be born babies because we are Valentine's Day babies.....filled with romance and love. New Year's eve babies were just drunk!

Howdy everybody! What a day. I almost had a breakdown at work today, it's getting so stressful. The secretary I'm filling in for all week is really a 2 person job, and I'm usually her helper. Her guys are just too busy to possibly have only one secretary. So I've told them I already come in at 7 on Thurs and Fri, but I can stay as long as I can keep my eyes open, and can also work all day Saturday to try to catch up somewhat. She comes back on Tuesday and I have no idea how I'll keep my sanity until then. Fortunately, her guys have a sense of humor about it, they're not too frustrated yet about how behind I am. One of them today stopped at my desk on his way out and said, "I'm leaving for a deposition, but when I come back I'm going to go into a serious dictating frenzy because I see you're almost out of work". My desk is covered with such a long train of piles of work that I've started placing them on the floor, so I turned around and gave him this look: He started laughing and walked away.

Then after I picked Tyler up, we were busy and didn't get home until bedtime again. We had a few stores to go to, shopping for a birthday present for his cousin. He's turning 10, so he's beyond the age that I know how to shop for, so we finally ended up getting him a gift card to pick out his own gift. Tyler loves getting gift cards best, so that was his idea. Then we shopped for a few outfits for Tyler, then I needed an outfit for a 2nd interview at another law firm tomorrow. We stopped at Subway for dinner and made it home just in time for his bath and bed. Busy, but we actually somehow managed to have fun with all the running around.

Hi guys & gals:

My sister and I worked our travel agent/WDW planner fingers to the bone today. We booked our Xmas stay 12/23-12/27 (then on the Magic for us for NYE) at AKL concierge. I hope the rooms are as good as the last time we stayed, but I'm worried since they aren't on the top floors anymore

We also booked spa events for the girls on Xmas Eve and the boys are going to be sent away for the Petty Racing experience. I'm afraid the only one that doesn't have anyhting special planned is Wilson. I'm not sure what I'll be doing with him so if anyone is at WDW on 12/24 and wants to keep him occupied for the morning/early afternoon let me know (Monica, ya busy that day???)

We set dinner on Xmas Eve at Wispering Pines and Xmas Dinner at Boma, then one more dinner together at Sci Fi with Fantasmic after that.

Such a fun time planning on this. I keep thinking that my dad is looking down on us shaking his head and laughing that he doesn't have to go with us (not really, but you get the drift)

I have only read the past few pages but I am happy to more of you on now. I can't keep up anymore. With planning the upcoming cruise, school, and swapping/scrapping I don't have alot of time (oh and work too). The house really needs to be cleaned too. I am thinking of writing a trip report for my moms cruise since there seems to be very little information about traveling with a handicap person. I have 2 tests on Th and a project due and am supposed to be studying. Matt is doing ok, wondering when the clothes will be back in the dresser! I told him not anytime soon unless he wanted to bring them upstairs but everytime I bring them up I step on a cat or fall so they stay downstairs.

Mentioning cats:
I wish I had a pic to show of the devil (Panama Jack). I left Matt home alone with all 3 cats on Sun for a few hours and chaos insued. PJ gets into everything and climbs everything. So Matt comes to pick me up from work and tells me PJ killed the aloe plant. He jumped on the sink window sill and knocked the plant to the ground. Yesterday he got it back out of the trash (the plant) and was carrying it around the house. Then I had to take Chrissy to the vet since I found blood on her. She will be ok, but has to take pills for a few days. You see what I happens when I go to work for a few hours! The other cat seems unharmed though. I can't wait to go shopping all day Saturday with my mom and sister.

Hi Marilyn, You are soooooo right. I realized that after I read it a couple more times. It's all good!

Thanks for getting in touch with UKANGEL/Mandy......I got a PM from her today and I saw that she posted on the Tortola thread. It was soooooooo good to hear from her again. She's the same firecracker that I remember talking to when we first dreamed up the Champagne Girls. I REALLY miss her. I hope she is able to do the Tortola cruise with us. Can you imagine her and Sukie in the same room together? My sides will hurt from laughing too much.

I don't think you need Mandy, I need to breathe.

I was a bit concerned when we received the email too. I wanted to know how much more it would be. Then, after reading it through about 4 times I caught on that we already had it included! I bet it isn't too much more anyway.

To be honest, I didn't get to meet Sukie, though we chatted to Ian a few times for prolonged periods. However, I have read enough to realise he is a hoot!! I did take a photo of the guys dressed in their finery though he probably just thought I was an admirer and would have had no idea I was part of the Dis group.

First of all, everyone knew who you were Second of all, I didn't talk to him much on the cruise either but he was hilarious at the reception....if you don't mind a little bad language, which I don't at all. He is from England so the humor and the accent just made it all the more funny to me. I almost spit my champagne on him once!

We only met Ian and Sukie for Shots Around the Ship so we got to hang out with them just once and that was with many other people too. John hung out with Sukie more and kept buying him drinks all night.....he was drinking coke I think. Every once in a while I would catch a snip of their conversation and I did laugh too.

But chatting on here counts. Think of how well we all know each other. Even before we met, we knew each other so well. Even though Sukie doesn't post on here, Ian keeps us up to date on all of his adventures. I loved, loved, loved the image I got of Ian and Sukie getting wet in the rain while rerouting their water troubles. Just hysterical! We're all good friends now.

We're all good friends but Ian didn't portray Sukie the way I saw him that day. I mean Ian is funny so I figured Sukie had a sense of humor but he made me cry. He just delivers it well for me.
