Hi guys. No good news tonight. I just got home from the emergency room. My leg is not doing well again. Leaking, bleeding, etc. They cleaned it out on the surface and put me on antibiotics. They sent me home to say that they wanted me to go back to my wound care specialist who has been treating me for the past year. They want him to do a deep cleaning. I'm not sure if that can take place in the office or if I'll have to be admitted again. I'll find out tomorrow. So if I disappear again for a little while, you will all understand why. I can't believe I've been in a year of treatment and they're still not well. Last August right after mom's funeral, I went into the hospital to take care of them and don't you know it's another August and I may be going back in. John or I will keep you posted. Say some pixie dust prayers and hope that all gets resolved this time once and for all. I'll be thinking of all of you.

We're in - hoping for Northern though instead of Med.

Not sure which direction we'd go - probably Eastbound.

It would need more than socks and a woolly sweater to get Gaylean to Alaska. It would be the PC Repo I would be more interested in though. Unless we do the whole trip.

Anywhere I'm not sure I'm ready to commit to anywhere Lets keep it open until we find out where, how much, when and of course the weather. I would be mad if we would of had horrible weather.

I would like to but we'll have to see where we are financially. I think this will be the first year we don't ask for AP's for xmas....we haven't really gone enough this year to justify them and I really want to start fixing up the house. I still have my deposit to transfer though!

We need to fix up our house too so I don't think we're doing much in 2009.

Oh I had a hangover on Sunday. Don't tell anyone but I'm getting old. And the good news is that I get to do it all over again on Saturday because my friend invited all my friends over to her house.

Brooke is 6 so she is in 1st grade. I'm not excited to get back into a routine....ok I'm not happy that our beach days are limited I just wish summer was four months long It was so nice when they were younger and they didn't "have" to go to school. Oh well I'll get over it. It's nice to see my mom friends again and socialize with someone with my voice instead of typing!

Speaking of that, I have some news. The school called me last week and wanted to know if I wanted a job. It isn't much but I'll basically get paid now for doing what I was already doing. I guess volunteering pays off in the end. My old boss was here on Saturday and I didn't mention working to him but he did say we should get together this week so who knows It is a lot more money but depending on how much work he has, I could do both.

I'll let everyone know about the dentist.

I think I can only do a transatlantic on a "real" ocean liner - just going on the pics from the TA cruises last year there really would be no point in my going. I'd be so that you guys would never see me
