Marilyn, I agree with you about missing seeing pictures of V's girls. And I also miss seeing pictures of Leslie's girls too! Remember when Kayla broke her arm before the cruise and would try to hide her cast in pictures?

I had forgotten, but yes I do remember now.

No, though she had 2 busy weeks away, so I guess relaxing a little this week.

Hi Marilyn,

No progress yet, but don't expect it so soon - it's only day 2 on the new med combo.....I'm trying to keep busy so I ignore my coworkers that are driving me crazy and making me want to yell at them....mind isn't all that condusive (sp?) to reading my book right now (I'm reading Witnesses of War:Children's lives under the Nazis).....but it may also be the subject matter that my mind doesn't want to grasp at this moment

How are you doing? Do you still have the grandkids around?

No grandkids today. Very peaceful here though I can't tear myself away from watching the athletics at the Olympics!!! I do have work to do though.

I've had that in my favourites for a few years now. Keep scrolling through, and you get some strange ones. There is on that is still around that used to be watching a cat, but the cat died a few years ago, and they have a picture of it in a box!!! People were still adding comments about it. Now, I love cats, but........!

Great in winter to see the snow. Occasionally a bear wanders through. They have turkeys, deer, porcupines and other wildlife.

Just reporting in that we are alive and well. We have been busy selling, packing, storing, looking for a house, etc. We have been in Montana since Sunday. DGS is tucked into the dorm at the U, we found a house yesterday that we plan to make an offer on today. Our realtor said there was an offer on it yesterday but the buyer's agent said she would like to present ours to them at the same time. We will see what God has in mind for us here.

Speaking of Disneyland, we found out last night that Jenna will be performing at DL with her dance company on February 23rd.

Dang, now we HAVE to go to Disneyland

I love going there in Feb, the weather is so lovely...warm during the day and cool at night! (usually.......)

I think I heard that Polk County got about 10 inches of rain - thankfully no flooding in my area. My lawn is super happy. Still raining on & off during the night & this morning coming in. Can't tell what's happening outside right now, but I'm sure there is more rain to come.

Glad it ended up coming on shore south of Siesta Key - was thinking about you prior to landfall.
