I'm working on weight loss now. I have started my new diet food from bistromd.com and I really like it. The food is sooooooo much better and the company seems to be better at customer service. I only get the 5 day plan with snacks and then on weekends I'm on my own to slack a little, but still keep my calorie count. I think I can do it long term if I stick to this plan. Soon I'll start back at the treadmill and ballet barre again.

Checked out the website, Deb. This looks good and I am considering it. I noticed folks get $20 for referal. Do you know how that works? I'd like to make sure you get that if I sign up!

Jackie: Did any of your family or friends go to Camp Goodfellow? That is where the Indiana Dunes Environmental Learning Center is.

Ian: Kids from Chicago and Indiana go there for environmental education.

The site used to be the camp for children of US Steel emoyees. It is now part of the National Lake Shore.

OH YES! I went to Goodfellow Camp for three years and LOVED it. Still have very fond memories and the smell of cooking corn takes me right back there for some reason! This is where I learned to shoot a bow and arrow, and was fairly good at it too. I also learned to swim at camp and won some backstroke races. Good times.....good times.......

I feel a bit emotional about the Magic setting off on her return trip though the PC.

Me too....we were supposed to be on board.....instead I am sitting on the beach house porch...eating homemade bread and feeling a nap coming on...(been up since 5:30am) Goldie and I took am 1 1/2 hour walk this morning!!

We are cruising on the Thanksgiving Double Dip Cruise...I have read the thread on that cruise and I just don't feel much like joining in. We are cruising with a group of 60 friends from our church....maybe that is why...??:confused

I think all my friends have spoiled it for any other thread....I have loved this one so much!!

I just looked at the itinerary and it is only 7 days long...SO SHORT!! (of course I knew this when I booked....) it is 96 days away...got my notice today that final payment is due....

I swear I would go.....but it is the 2nd week of school.....maybe I could talk a few of my girlfriends into going.....or maybe my husband (that would be a very novel event in my household....my husband and I taking a vacation together??) (actually I think the reason we have stayed together so long is our separate vacations..... )
