Nan, I thought every time I saw Molly on the ship it was refreshing . . . a young lady still being a kid - I thought she was perfect, and always looked perfectly happy.

thanks John, I've always been happy that her personality has lended to the younger stuff. Sometimes it is hard for her with her friends as she feels like she is "silly or dumb" even on the cruise we talked about how it was hard for her because some of her classmates like boys and she just isn't there yet. I of course told her, not to be concerned with it. There is LOTS of time for that later. I love Wilson's take on the whole thing. Paul and he talked once about a girl that Wilson "liked" Wil said he has lots of time for girls once he is in college.

Smart for you being careful and not getting over invovled. Sounds like you know what he is going thru and maybe when he settles down you can hook back up.

Maybe. I can sort of see that happening because of all our years together and we were able to reconnect with no awkwardness at all, just the same good feelings. But it's not something I'm looking for or hoping for, just friends is fine with me.

I'm having gin and tonic again. Jon has me hooked. We have a few wine clubs to pick up so I refuse to BUY wine until we get what we've already paid for. We were thinking of watching The Secret. Has anyone seen it? It's about a mom and daughter that get into a car accident and the mom dies and the daughter comes back as the mom

I just picked it up about an hour ago to watch this weekend. Hope it's good, but I'm worried I will be creeped out by the father daughter relationship

Thanks Kathe . . . One night when our group was at the show (the Joey show that I could really care less about), the girls wanted to just walk, so we went up on deck and just walked around. I got some great pictures of them that evening - that one was from the front of the ship with the wind.

All of you realize I am sure (we have friends who will be on board) that tomorrow they board to bring the ship back . . . what memories.

We will be leaving for DC tomorrow to meet Kim, Steve, and Savannah. Got tickets for the Washington Monument, have a Capital tour scheduled, and two day tickets for the hop-on, hop-off double decker bus. Should be fun, and this is my first vacation since May!

Me too so don't feel bad. You would recognize the mom but I can't think of what else she was in. She is kind of ugly and I can picture her in drug movies but I'm not sure why.

Well, I left it sitting and Kaleigh just knocked it over So much for #2 After cleaning the mess I have to jump straight to #3. Ken & the girls are playing Wii Carnival and Kaleigh got a little too excited, but its awfully cute watchind listening to them play together.

All I know about is the ceremony, which is on September 4th.

I'm now trying to figure out what we are going to do for witnesses. Bribe people on the street?

No one is going to the wedding? It is Thursday, right? What time? I should be there after I drop the kids off. We can probably convince Mickey now. I mean he has a record for goodness sakes!

I have never owned a gun in my life . . . but in the next few years I may consider a purchase of a rifle . . . so that when Sophia brings some boy home I can be casually cleaning it.

The problem we dads have is that we were once boys, and we know how boy's minds work, and how they think.

some boys minds...Paul was that very late bloomer, so I think I'll be the one in our family worrying about what those boys can think and girls can do

I'm so sad I wasn't able to come. Damned beeper from the kids' club. I have my tiara though! I keep it in my bedroom and am determined to wear it at some girls' night out event!

Yes, I plan on finding and reading any and all live trip reports I can find! It will be sort of like reliving our trip, just a tiny bit.
