I'm exhausted and am going off to bed.

Since I don't know what's going on with this wedding. I just wanted to show you an example of they type of wedding cake I don't want:

Are you sure? It reminds me of a Smart car.

Woody

Ian... Woody's Right... We could just slip Mrs. F in under the heart shaped balloons... We could put some cupcakes on the dash...

Anyone ever hear of this DISer?
Good photographer!!:thumbsup2

Jan :rotfl:

.

Michelle, did you take this on OUR cruise? If so, where were we?
Jan :confused3

Thanks Jan!!!

Mom just bored EVERYONE up at the lake for 4 whole days with our pics from the cruise!!!

BTW... we were at CC when they were painting...

:confused3
Hmm ... a balloon chuppah? I wonder if it's ever been done?

I did find some chuppahs I like:

BUT, there's to be no chuppah at the Old Orange County Courthouse

But you could take a portable one maybe? Something like a bumbershoot perhaps?

We could hang some balloons on there... some streamers... It fits two... Wonder where the Bunny will stand...

We are on our way back to SoCal for the fourth time in six weeks. Crazy traffic outside of Blythe. Love being able to check traffic while in the car. Apparently westbound traffic on I-10 is closed due to an accident. We might not arrive to my parents house until 2am at this rate.

We are attending the baseball game tomorrow in my father's place.

The press release is wrong. My dad is still in the hospital, so he won't be in attendance. His condition hasn't changed - no worse, but not any better. It is very sad, but we will be proud to attend in his absence.

Our girls started school this week. Kayla was thrilled about her first day of Kindergarten:

Thank you again for keeping our thoughts on our wonderful vacation (and off this boring drive). Phoenix to SoCal is just plain blah!

NOW where are you going?

Back up to the lake... I'm borrowing my friends cabin and her family came up to use it for the weekend... since I'm technically squatting... I don't have much to say... It's only an hour and 15 min away so it's not bad... all back roads... a few deer, some wild turkey (the bird...) and a few campers to pass (the camping kind... not the human...) and I'm up there... will have to try and get some pics and post them next weekend...

Just don't get any crumbs in bed... would hate for you to have to suck the sheets in the morning... :lmao:
What crumbs? I suck them right out of the package! :rotfl2: They're not exposed long enough to have crumbs fall off. :rotfl:

Leslie, very cute pictures! :goodvibes Schools here don't start for almost another month. There's a dumb law in Michigan that schools aren't allowed to start before Labor Day, so they all start the day after. Something to do with not wanting to interfere with tourism, I don't know.

Sounds like fun Michelle. Have you had good weather?

Wow Leslie, I just read the link you posted. How cool! Such an honor! I can imagine how proud of your dad you must be. I sure hope he's doing better.

I've been reading but haven't had much to post. There was a kid (rising 11th grader) at our high school killed today in a teenage car wreck at 1pm this afternoon. The car hit a tree and burst into flames. It is so very sad....

 So sorry to hear. Prayers for his family and friends from Indy.

Jan:sad2:

I AM home... for what it's worth... But I'm leaving again on Wednesday...

Did you miss me??? :flower3:

::yes::

I can't believe school is starting up here already.

I sure couldn't do that drive that frequently. The year I had a Disneyland AP, I did it quite a few times, but always with a few weeks between. I have friends on the EB repo who want me to come to LA and meet them for dinner the night before the cruise, but since I'm making the drive over Disneyland just a couple of weeks after that...I just couldn't face it.

Hope you dad is out of the hospital soon and enjoy the game!

I did not think the Bunny stood under the chuppah. I thought he stood outside. But anyway we have a Judge or a Clerk, right?

Jan :confused3

After being asked if I was coming about 8 times today, and saying no, I finally told him that I was extremely and sincerely flattered that he wanted me to come to his party, but I had personal commitments that were a higher priority and so would not be able to make it.

To this he said, "I'll leave a parking space at the front of the house for you."

My guys are like big goofy puppies sometimes.

DEAF goofy puppies :confused3

Jan :rotfl:

That one has always puzzled me. :confused3 If a door closes, why in the world would I want to try to go out a window?

In my life, I am always trying to get out a window by walking toward it and bumping into the wall beneath it, not climbing out of it, when a perfectly positioned door is OPEN behind me and all I have to do is TURN AROUND and walk out of it. :goodvibes

But, remember, I am the DENSE one
Jan-the-slow

Jan... it worked for Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music...

Amy Vanderbilt? Dear Abby? Emily Post? certainly not the advice of Planky!
(where is a smilie to represent Planky?)

Jan :earsgirl:

I will have to ask the little green guy to answer...

Oh... Planky.....:rolleyes1

Ok... who woke me up??? I need my Planky sleep!!!

Yes Shell... I'll Answer...

Dear Miss Jackie...:hippie:

It has come to my little green attention :thumbsup2 that you have inquired about the etiquette of bringing your own swill into the dining rooms aboard the ships named Magic and Wonder...

It is my wise opinion that you are free to bring any and all alcohol anywhere your little  desires.

May I suggest the following containers in which to bring such libations... The Beer Can Hat... a barrel stolen from a St. Bernard (please leave dog treats to bribe the dog...) or the ever popular Planky Green flask.

However... since it will require much consideration as to what booze to pack for your trip, may I suggest that you just follow Ian around and see if anything falls off his little red wagon!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: (Ahhh Ha Haaaa... I even make myself laugh...:lmao: :lmao: )

I hope that answers your question... Feel free to send all questions to Dear Planky... c/o Tink rules....

Thanks...
