I just trust that the doctor will look at the reports I've asked school to do every day (thank goodness), and the info I'll tell him, and will see that the only different opinion is from his dad's house. That's what happened at our initial appointment, and he says he takes the majority vote (sort of). He knows what he's doing and knows where the conflict lies. I trust his judgment.

:thumbsup2 Sounds like a sound plan! The MD sounds like a great guy to be in on TEAM TYLER!!

Hang in there Holly!!

Jan :earsgirl:

Hello everyone. I checked in for the day Marilyn :lmao:

Holly, I'm sorry for what you are going through. It takes time to decide if the meds are the right ones. They won't kill him before you find out. I'm sure the doctors are monitoring him all the time.

Hello Monica. Marilyn told me to check in everyday and you have to do the same.

Ken it sounds like you guys are busy. I finally found out about the geocatching thing because I looked it up online. I think it is cool that you include the kids. How fun and not dorky at all!

Cheri and Jackie, glad to hear you guys got cars. Maybe driving around in new cars will help remove the memories of the crashes.

V from FL, where have you been? We keep missing each other on myspace! Actually, I haven't checked there yet so maybe you were on last night.

Venetia and Bubba, you haven't been posting but I know you are reading. I was busy the last two nights so no IM for me but maybe tomorrow since Mondays are game night in my house.

Jan, I wasn't anywhere just not able to come on.

Hello Michelle and Ian. I had nothing to comment to you guys, sorry. Keep typing they'll be something soon.

Kelly, we found a drive in movie in Montclair. That is close to us. I didn't know if that was closer to you than Riverside.

Anyone else I forgot should not be sad.

How did you remember all this without quoting anyone? :cheer2: You are amazing!

Jan :earsgirl:

Hello

I am back now

I had a lovely times at up north (not pole):rotfl: At Fraserburgh, it was nice and relax with my brother and his girlfriend.

Miss me:rolleyes: nah :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I have to catch up pages now

Scottishwee35:flower3:

 Of course we miss you! :)

Did I ask you if the kids are using their pilowcases on their beds now or are they saved for special? I meant to ask and forgot if I did. (My brain leaks you know.)

Jobs that get bigger once they start is something that I DO understand. Why can't the tile go on the particle board?

Particle board isn't smooth enough for the tile to lie properly. Plus when we rip up the leftover lino it would have ripped up the particle board too. So a nice new piece of plywood cut to size and we are back in business.

Did you get to keep the geocoin and lapel pin? Were there others in there for the next folks to have too? did you leave a surprise behind?

Yes we got to keep the geocoin as it was a "first to Find" prize. So it is ours to either keep or send out into the world as a trackable item. It is a really nice coin so I'm not sure. There were more coins for the 3rd and the 5th person who find the cache as well.

The lapel pin is ours to keep as well as that is a trading item. When you take something out of a cache you are supposed to put something of equal or more value back into the cache for trading items. So we left a pin from Winnipeg; a pin from Selkirk, Ontario; an RCMP keychain; and a commemorative Ottawa, Canada - House of Commons coin.

I did wonder about you actually - I had forgotten you were away!!! Glad you had a lovely time.

I've had a great day just doing this and that. Coffee with a friend this morning and ironing this afternoon.(That's I R O N I N G to Ian!!!:lmao: ) A bit of hoovering, paying vacation bills, etc.

I did feel a little sad last night after you posted about not posting though, but life goes on, and I have a great life!!

Hoovering?? Would that be vacuuming?

Thank you. Maybe that's why Jon always takes them :confused3 Now if I could just lose some weight everything would be great. I vowed to lose weight before I see you guys in 2010 ;) I don't want you guys to recognize me and then it will be a big surprise....except for the fact that I am telling you and it probably won't happen! Me and Steph need to make another agreement to lost weight together. Or maybe we could all weigh in like a WW meeting!

It would be easier if we were closer to lose weight together. Then we can see each other and give each other crap about not losing so much!:rotfl2:

Angie, how is the house sale progressing?

We hear a firm yes or no tomorrow by 5 pm. :confused3 We are set to sign the closing papers Wed and then it will be recorded on Aug 5......that is if we get the firm yes tomorrow. :sad2: I gotta say this has been a long week! :rolleyes1

Not so soon......sorry for not posting - I have been reading some days but haven't posted any replies.

Hope all is well.....

Tammy - so good to hear from you. to you & the kids. Take it easy after your procedure.

Jackie - congrats on the new purchase. I have a Hyundai Elantra (2000) and it's been a good car to me.

Cheri - will try to get the book out to you this week....I remember about this at the wrong time.

Ian & Sukie - doesn't look like I can make it to the event of the year. I will be with you in spirit.

Michelle - you need to fill me in w/ details girl!

Connie - how was the cruise?

Nan - happy belated to Molly. Glad opening night went well. You're not close to the newest fire, are you?

Lisa - glad you were able to find a good place in JAX. Glad you had a good time at Com Con---I would have loved to see Keanu Reeves & Brendan Fraser.

Lisa - happy belated to Gretchen. Glad you had a good weekend at the beach.

Holly - so glad to read what the Dr said.....finally a diagnosis and heading in the right direction to get Tyler better.

Hi Jan! Hi Gaylean!

I know I'm forgetting people, and for that I apologize.

XOXOXO

Monica... Glad you're back.... We missed you, you know!!! :goodvibes

Hi Monica, so lovely to see you. Don't be a stranger.

Yeah... what she said!!! ;)

Goodmorning all,

Well, today is the first day of full day camp for the young one (5.5 hours), so its an exciting day here. It's a fun way to prep for kinder. Jonathan and I are are going to go to a movie which we never, never do. When I worked at Sony Studios I saw 5 movies a week, so it's pretty exciting to go out. Our movies are so expensive here that we just won't pay the money (not to mention that babysitters are $12 per hour) ... plus we pay a fortune for our direct tv package. And we are going to have a quiet house to concentrate on writing without interuption for 2 solid weeks. As excited as we are, I'll bet we'll miss her more.

We had a big garage sale this weekend, sold tons of the little stuff that we couldn't sell on Ebay. We've really dwindled down the clutter. Got all the rooms cleaned and reorganized. Prepped the next round of scrapbooks (still have 10 rubbermaids to go.) So, we got a lot done and watched tons of movies and listened to show tunes and business lectures all weekend. Most important we changed the life of the little boy across the street when we gave him the play ride on tractor that he rides up and down the street 24/7 now.

It's been wild animal kingdom here. The other night we were talking to the neighbors when bats were flying all over the place above us. Then at 4am I heard some noise outside our bedroom and discovered 3 racoons bathing in our little fountain. They looked like humans washing their hands and faces and each one had their own little spout to wash from. We've had fruit rats eating all our strawberries and tomatoes. And hummingbirds have given birth in our yard and have been buzzing all over the place. So, then our cat has been waking up and moaning to get outside every morning at 4:30, but with the racoons and the opossums we don't dare let her out until daylight. Whew, I'm exhausted. You'd never guess I live in a tract home 4 miles from the beach.

Kelly can you please come and declutter my house next??? :worship: :worship:

Oh and I think you beat out Sukie with the adventures of the birdbath/fountain... although Ian may be able to come up with some really interesting stories about wild life in his neighborhood!!!

Morning all! Happy Monday!

Well, we are headed to Sanibel this weekend....so that should fun. How is everyone? I can't believe school is about to start.

Hi V...

Have a good weekend!!! :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Ok Marilyn... and sorry Nan...

I'm sittin here and there's this ant crawling on my screen!!! I thought it was YOURS:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: !!!

Now he's stuck on my suction cup Minnie mouse thingy on my screen... it looks like he's having fun... :rotfl2:

Thanks guys. I was worried about posting the one of me in my swim suit but I wanted them to get the picture about how clear the water was. Jon is obsessed with taking pictures of me so there are way more of me.

That is so sweet.:thumbsup2
Bet he thinks you are a hot chick! :cool1:

Jan :earsgirl:

I've been outted for the lurker that I am.:lmao: :lmao:

I admit that I have been reading only. Work is crazy, weekends spent getting ready for out of town guest in TWO weeks. Then it is off to mexico again in 20 days.:woohoo: :woohoo:

Mexico in 20 days!! :thumbsup2 Where are you going?
Have a great time :yay:

Jan :earsgirl:

I need to find those people. Everyone thinks I'm too obsessed and that it was just a vacation :confused3

 What is WRONG with these people! :scared1:

:confused3 Ignorant I guess. :confused3
I carry some pictures and a little scrapbook almost everywhere I go and there are no opportunities to share. I do not understand this lack of interest.

I had some trouble with my laptop and when I called to find out what to do, the man I reached was in PANAMA CITY! :cool1: I told him we went through HIS canal. HE was interested.

He has good English too. He said that his Grandparents were from Barbados where English is the first language and due to the canal zone, Panamanians are quite fluent in English also. We had some nice chats in between figuring out what to do with the laptop. It is now at the Attitude Adjustment Center in Memphis.
