I have a weird question. My friend just got off the Magic and she said that Joey Fatone was on her cruise too. Does he just cruise year round?

Well I would have actually liked to see him. I know I need to be here but it makes me sad that a lot of people don't post anymore. It's not the same some how. I need to book another cruise so I get a new bunch of suckers to be my friend!

BTW my friend didn't like the cruise that much. She had to go but I'll give you more details when she calls back.

I was kind of worried that my friend wouldn't like it much but I was hoping that she would since she wasn't so excited like I was. Some times when you anticipate something for so long it is a let down. The cruise wasn't for me but I was a bit down after the cruise for a while.

I can't wait to see what's coming in 2010. We will cruise together again, I can feel it. I'll come on everyday. I just remember when I had to read every post because I was so afraid of missing something. Now if I miss a few days I don't try to catch up. I had a lot of fun with everyone. I tried so hard to meet and talk to everyone. Some people I didn't have a lot in common with but I still liked getting to know them. I think that is part of the reason my friend didn't have a great time. Her thread only had 50 paged total for the whole 18 months. She didn't get to know anyone.

I'm sad that we can't go, because I'm afraid I'll never get to see you all again.....BUT I'm happy for those of you who ARE going! What a reunion that will be!

Well, I've done a bit of cleaning today, and LOTS more of the wonderful scrapbook from Linda. I still have 6 more pages to do, but I needed a break. It takes me much longer to do each page than most because I have to re-read the instructions a bunch of times and look at the picture of her sample a bunch of times. I've never done anything like this, so it's tricky for me, and I'm not particularly enjoying it, but it will look so nice when it's done! Then I'll have to pick which pictures I want on each page. Only thing is, I don't have any pictures of the BBQ because I was too busy EATING!

Yes, with Sept. '09 being over a year away, you never know what could happen. My tax refund would be the perfect amount to cruise and I'm not behind on anything financially, so if I stay on top of everything.........who knows? I won't close the door on the possibility until the ship sets sail without us. Things keep getting better and better, and my backup emergency funds are rebuilding (from when I had to take them all out for the neuropsychologist bill & I think some other Drs.), so only time will tell.

We took a walk to the supermarket, and on the way home I used the word "kempt."

Sukie said that wasn't a word, at least not one that anyone used anymore.

We got into the house and I looked up the word kempt on http://www.thefreedictionary.com .

I discovered that you can click on an icon and have it pronounce the word for you.

This is where the puerile amusement comes in, as I kept looking up "questionable" words and having it pronounce them out loud. The hysterics ensued as we fell about the kitchen laughing like two 11 year old boys.

Although that is an insult to the maturity of 11 year old boys which is is probably greater than ours.
