I don't know who posted the original red wreath photo, or how many were posted as I didn't read the whole thread. However, i did take pics of all the windows on our way out of HS late at night. I thought I would post them as they do look so Christmassy.

Oooh, those are so pretty, they deserve being posted again! I want one for each window! :goodvibes

Well, I went to the library to use a payphone. :headache: Tyler's dad had left me a message an hour ago and wondered why I didn't call him back, so I explained. He asked if he can drop Tyler off an hour late, which of course is fine. That gives me time to put up Christmas lights inside around the doorway and windows before he gets here. :thumbsup2

Oh Marilyn, those are adorable pictures! I love them! I'm glad John was willing to have a picture with Piglet, so cute! :goodvibes

When we first went to CP, he was so embarassed, and after having his picture taken with one character, he changed places with me so he was on the inside and didn't get accosted by Tigger etc!!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Now he just goes along with it and I think really quite enjoys it. It is a lot of fun.

Marilyn - love all the pictues! Thanks for posting them. I like the wreath w/ the cookies :rotfl:

Nan - cool pics w/ Wilson - neat cart!

Holly - hope you find your charger soon....glad you got home safely yesterday

Jan - Sophia is precious :lovestruc

I had dinner w/ my cousins from Argentina last night...may see them again tomorrow (not sure yet). I've been inside all day - doing nothing that I had planned to do - have had a doozy of a headache all day, not exactly a migraine but not fun.

Monica, I hope your head feels better soon.

I'm off to shovel the sidewalk again because I never did re-shovel what the snowplow covered up.

are you using Tyler's shovel, or did you find something more "adult"? :lmao:

Forgot to say...

HI KATHE! Good to see you! Glad you get to spend time w/ your son & Serenity :lovestruc

I like the cookie one too!!!:lmao: If I hadn't been so full from the food we had just eaten I might have broken the window.:rotfl:

Sorry about the headache. Hope you wake up refreshed tomorrow and can see your cousins. John has been suffering too. He was miserable yesterday but much better today. I think the headache might be going.

Wish we were either eating Afternoon Tea or breakfast with you tomorrow!!!

:rotfl2: I'm still using Tyler's shovel! But I decided not to do that yet, first I wanted to set up my little lighted village. Need another extension cord, then can plug them all in, then I'll go shovel. ;)

It is now snowing again. I suppose that means I'll either be shoveling later or in the morning.

I bought another 50 lbs bag of ice melt today. I think we are prepared.

I am feeling a little housebound, and would like to go out, except there is no place to go.

Thanks, it's definitely hard work. But I'd still rather do that than mow. :thumbsup2

Holly - how much do you have to shovel?

I just have our front steps, which I use an old fashioned corn broom, the path inside our gate and the front sidewalk.

I don't shovel anything else, though I did have to do some digging out in back under the EL because there was too much snow for the car to get out.

I really don't mind the sidewalk all that much. It usually only takes me about 15 minutes. I don't much like sweeping the front stairs.

Oh, and I also have to shovel out a "convince" area for the dogs. I suppose the neighbors must think it's odd when I'm out there shoveling the yard.

In theory, the dogs are inside trained and have litter boxes. Truman prefers his litter box. Tallulah prefers outdoors and nature

We do have snowblower, but our tenant used to use it. I don't even think I know how to start it. Besides, by the time I got it out of the garage, out to the front of the house, and started, I could be done shoveling and sweeping.

It seems pretty pointless.

There were lots of shovels today at Lowes and Target, not that that does you much good in Lansing.

I never thought you could train a dog to use a litter tray. They must be very clever dogs.
