I keep trying to convince both of our families to do a name draw. I think they're fun and you spend less. It is sad because I have more fun at Jon's "white elephant" gift exchange than I do exchanging with everyone. It is really fun. We don't actually give used gifts. We spend $50.00 or less and it is interesting to see what people get and give. That is this Wednesday so I'll let you guys know what I end up with. I think it is so nice that you get to relax now![]()
I can't even begin to imagine what a drain this time of year must be on you guys with kids and families.
It seems like there is so much pressure this time of year.
We do the kind where you draw numbers and can steal gifts. I feel I've done a good job if the gift I brought gets stolen at least once...pretty good chance of that happening as I bought booze!
....we had a lovely dinner at BJ's Brewpub at the Loop (no, Ian, not Chicago) near us here in Hunter's Creek. Good dinner,

, we are considering renting them. I thought I would ask here first, is anyone in need of points for an upcoming trip? I would say that the 106 is good for a studio at most resorts during most times....although maybe not a full week during peak at some of the higher. It can also be used for a few nights in a larger unit. Our home resort is OKW, but that doesn't matter now since we are under 7 months for all bookings, so you can book at any resort with availability. I thought I would ask here before I put it out onto the DVC rent board...so if you are remotely interested, PM me asap and we can talk!
The warmest we're expecting is about -10F this week. So it won't snow, and it won't rain, and everything is white and pretty outside. You know you wanted to come see it!
