Now I am relax and have a glass of wines now....

Oh my work was a nightmare...

no turkey, no sausages, no mince pies, no xmas pudding left..

all the customer had been asking me do you have mince pies....

I had been working on turkey order and went to foods to help out tidy up shelves etc as it was really messy...

Now no more working until next week...

Of course tom will be busy day for me as my brother is coming down from North with his girlfriend and two kids..

My pc and laptop internet won't work until I asked my neighbour to fix it... now working

Glad it is all over for another year Deborah! I did pop in this morning and noticed the turkey stand was pretty empty. In fact many shelves were empty, which is of course good for M&S, but not so good for the shoppers.

I was there around 10am, and I guess it had been open early this morning looking at the stock.

John went to Asda this evening and that wasn't bad at all.

Going out for breakfast tomorrow. I know it is common over there, but here it is more special.

We are spending this week with DrHug's sis and bil in Mission Viejo, CA. We have not been with her at Christmas for years! What a blessing this is for all of us. Her daughter and her fiance will join us tomorrow night, so 6 of us for dinner Christmas Day. I have two apple pies just coming out of the oven now and a pumpkin ready to go in. One apple for tonight and one for Christmas dinner. Yummer!

I just had a horrible time driving around. On my way to Tyler's dad's house I got stuck once turning from one street to another, going around the corner. Managed to go back and forth a ton of times and got out. Then I realized I'd forgotten his medicine, so I had to go home and get it and then back to his dad's. Got stuck 2 more times, but got out after a bit. Then got the groceries for my neighbor and got stuck one more time on my way home. Unbelievable! I'm NOT looking forward to driving to work tomorrow morning because it's supposed to keep getting worse.

Well, I'm off to shovel. Or maybe I'll eat supper first. Actually, I think it would be best to get the shoveling over with now so it won't be as bad later hopefully.

Marilyn & Deborah are sleeping. Gaylean is super busy. Venetia & Bubba are cooking? Michelle is driving to NJ. Connie's at Fort Wilderness. Deb is probably busy enjoying having all presents wrapped! Ian, are you shoveling? Who did I miss?

This is what I get for having Tyler's presents all wrapped and hidden for a few days. I'm BORED now. I should be lugging all the empty decorations boxes into the attic so my kitchen isn't full of them. I guess I should shovel too. And I did want to clean before my mom comes on Christmas.

I FOUND IT! I found the cord to my phone! It's plugged in now and happily charging.

I started thinking I must have scooped it up with something else that plugged in, so I started checking everything I could think of that plugs in. I have a Homedics Shiatsu massaging chair insert, and it was stuffed in that box with it! Apparently when I was gathering that cord, I must have unknowingly grabbed my phone cord too.

What a relief!

Ours did change a bit a few years ago and weren't as good. You could just about get anything at Woollies.

Woolworth's was our favorite store when I was in college. Ours still had the lunch counter in it even. (Back in the 80's)

Does anyone watch CSI Miami? Series 6 has just finished tonight with Horatio looking dead on the tarmac of an airport.

Please tell me you have seen Series 7 and can tell me what happened?

Why did the guy who is a CSI who left for a bit got the text message ' it is done'!!! Help me sleep tonight.

I'm sitting here on the couch w/ 1 of my ALL time favorite movies on - Irving Berlin's White Christmas (with Danny Kaye, Vera Elllen, Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney). It just started on the abcfamily channel (if anyone else wants to watch it)

I forgot to mention something funny. The elderly gentleman whose package I delivered, when I told him what happened, he said, "Well, you should have opened it up to see if it's anything good!" I must have had a pretty shocked look on my face because he laughed and said, "I'm just teasing!" He's such a nice guy!

No, I didn't buy a shovel. I'm just borrowing a neighbors whenever I need to. They leave their shovels on their front porch and have told me I can come borrow them.
