Yes we had them and they had everything and it was cheap. We had to drive to the closest mall which was far away back then.

Hi All.....Sorry Gay, but I'M DONE!!! I just finished wrapping all the presents. Just have one more item coming tomorrow for Tom.....it's his special gift that he wants the most.....a cowboy hat. Everything else is under the tree and in the stockings. WOOHOO!!!

John just called to say the truck needs a complete brake system. It's going to take two to three days.....so after Christmas....and it's going to cost mega bucks. We have to do it. It's only the beginning of the winter and it's going to be a long, cold, snowy one. The worst thing is that John is bringing home Wegman's dinner tonight. We catered for Christmas dinner. It feeds 8-12 so it's going to be a lot of food. It has to be carried up the hill tonight. Tomorrow I'm getting my diet food delivered and that's 60lbs and has to be carried up the hill. I told John to just let Tom do it. We'll see.

The other thing that is so bad is that we can't have Ray over here on Christmas Day. He can't walk up that hill either. So I don't know what we're going to do. Christmas Day may have to be on another weekend for Ray this year.

We do the best that we can with what we have. That's it. I better call Mrs. Bush's Personal Care Home and tell them that we have changed our plans.

I just went to deliver a package to my elderly neighbor 2 houses down that was mistakenly delivered to my house. Mel is definitely in his late 80s I'd guess, and is the nicest guy in the world. I feel bad because he seems lonely, so I let him talk my ear off a bit. I don't think he has any family around because I never see anybody over there, poor guy.

Then on the way back to my house, the neighbor in between me and Mel opened her door and asked if she could talk to me. I told her I can't come in because Tyler's alone in the house, so she told me she's really sick and asked if I could please go to the store with her list and her money and get stuff for her. My neighborhood is full of excitement today.

Now I am relax and have a glass of wines now....

Oh my work was a nightmare...

no turkey, no sausages, no mince pies, no xmas pudding left..

all the customer had been asking me do you have mince pies.... :scared1:

I had been working on turkey order and went to foods to help out tidy up shelves etc as it was really messy... :sad2:

Now

no more working until next week...

Of course tom will be busy day for me as my brother is coming down from North with his girlfriend and two kids..

My pc and laptop internet won't work until I asked my neighbour to fix it... now working :banana:
