Thanks, Deb. That's funny...I thought about a cigarette the other day and it has been 15 years. Crazy! Never, never though. I will probably have a cigar on the cruise though.As to calling, maybe I am weird and it might not be "healthy", but I don't want to talk about it. Talking makes me cry and changes nothing.

It's been four years for me and when I'm stressed....when Ray was in the hospital and then passed....I want a cigarette to chill me out. Of course I didn't have one....I just took a deep breath and decided that I liked air more than nicotine in my lungs. But I missed it.
I have been known to smoke a Black and Mild cigar from time to time....no inhaling and not often, but it helps.
You do what you need to so that you get through this tough time. Just know that it is only temporary. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. More Hugs!!
