I've heard really good things about Princess, Holland America & Royal Caribbean. I actually have friends that are true to each of those lines, as we are to Disney, so I have personal accounts too.

I was looking that the HAL cruise from San Diego to Hawaii before DCL announced their cruise.

Easy to get preoccupied with DCL. I have fallen out with HAL (UK).
We had reservation for Norway in Aug this year and wanted to cancel. HAL (UK) will not refund deposit, although HAL.com website conditions say they will. After long argument they agreed to issue letter crediting deposit against a future cruise.

We had Chinese delivered for dinner

Well I finally started getting ready for the repo and Alaska. Spent the afternoon loading my ipod and Kindle

Maybe next weekend I'll pack

Oh and we bought a bunch more SD cards the other night.

It's amazing how many chargers we will need to bring with us

Well, when Tyler was gone, I had no problems keeping up, but now that he's back, I'm just reading snippets of each thread before bed, but will catch up on the weekend. When I finish this one, I'll be caught up with all but Hawaii and FaceBook.

Tyler thinks it's hilarious that some people think the world will end then. Since so many are doing this one, and I loved my stop at PR on my Carnival cruise years ago, I'm liking the idea too! But I'm not sure work will allow me to take more time off so soon after 2 weeks for the HI cruise. Hmmm........Maybe if I throw it at them in a few months from now, after they've forgotten about me going to HI. If I can keep my mouth shut and not talk about it for a while.

I just got an email from the manager of that position I applied for....she wanted me to know up front, that the shift they're looking for is 12p-9p (with 1 hr lunch) or 1230p-9p (with 1/2 hr lunch). I replied and said that would be fine with me (not ideal, but if that gets me home, I'll do it). Hopefully I'll have a phone interview soon.

Oh yes, I remembered today that I need to bring SD cards. I'm so used to just using my phone for pics and video, I haven't used a camera in longer than I can remember.......well, I guess since my camera broke a while back, so I'll have to use an old one that doesn't do video. I guess I can use my phone for video too but will take a camera for pics because the phone does a good job, but not good enough for vacation pics. It will be hard NOT to upload to FaceBook continually, as I usually do with pics taken from the phone. Not willing to take my laptop and pay ship internet prices. So everybody at home will have to be patient and wait until we return.

Sending more pixie dust out to Monica. Life is definitely nicer when work isn't a big stress headache.

Ended up taking chinese food over to Ken's dad's place for dinner. It was step-mom's birthday. I've got their pirate shirts to the point where I needed to do a fit check so it was nice to combine things. Dinner, cake, size check .

My girls are into playing out side again. They've been riding the bikes this week and are currently playing with chalk in the backyard. (While wearing gloves as its just above freezing right now). I just gave them a 10 minute warning as 9pm they really need to come inside to bed.

In one week we'll be in Vancouver.

I'm on a plane one week from today and I haven't even thought about packing yet. Ut Oh!

Just mailed out the tiaras and boas to San Pedro port today. These are a little different from the ones we used in the past. I just wanted a change.
