After being home for a half hour, Tyler crashed and is sound asleep. Completely blew out the sole of one shoe, so they duct taped that shoe to get him through the week. A shoe shopping outing is so not in the budget this week, but obviously we have no choice.

Going out swimming with friends if he wakes up on time.

BIG christian camp...

He goes out to the island because that's for the teens.. they also have an onshore program for the little kids and a ranch with horses, etc.

Well, I guess we're not going swimming today. Pool closes at 7. That's OK though, when Tyler wakes up we're going to go get some fireworks to do at home tonight, going to watch fireworks tomorrow night, probably pool tomorrow. Monday, I don't know, maybe beach. We're just gonna wing it and do whatever we feel like.

All Stars all over for us - they lost tonight 13-3 - it was fun while it lasted - not really but I won't bore you with my rant about the coach I didn't like - bubba heard it all before

I'm not going to be able to do the July 20th because it's only two months after the Hawaiian. Also, I looked it up and it's $5k for 5122 on an 8 night going to Nassau and CC and Port Canaveral. John refuses to go back to Nassau one more time.....hahaha.

For half that amount I can take John North on a 5 night and have a sea day, then Halifax Nova Scotia and then Saint John New Brunswick and then another sea day. It would be going to places that we have never been to before and it would be four months after Hawaii.

Sorry I'm going to miss you Nana, but I just can't do it going South in the Summer. I hope you and Molly get to do it and me and John will meet you in NYC for some fun before and/or after cruise. Dinner and cocktails sound good to me.....you gotta eat/drink!!

MICHELLE.....I talked to John about the NY cruise and I'm not getting a divorce. John says that out of NY is different because it's so easy and inexpensive for us to do. YEAH!!!!

With that said, MONICA....quote me a price for Sept 7, 2012. I have another account that has the deposit money in it. So don't use the card on file, I'll give you another card. Let's see if I can get 5122 on the MAGIC!!!!! Going under the Verazano Bridge is going to be a thrill for us New Yorkers....that's our turf. I have sat bumper to bumper in traffic for three hours on that bridge when I lived in Staten Island and was travelling to Long Island to see my mother on Mother's Day. I have done it many times. Now it will be nice to pass under on the Magic.

Merlot is home!!!! I picked up my car today and I'm so thrilled. I won't be stuck in the house anymore....until Winter. But I'll be able to get out whenever I want or need to. YEAH!!!!!

I plan on going to the pool a lot this summer to work off some of this body weight. That's one way that I'll enjoy "exercising."

I didn't have a pool this time... and didn't feel like driving to the lake... so... I took a nice cool bath and sent out for pizza..

Tom brought some of his things over yesterday. He said he'll be moved in completely by next week. For now he's bringing some things over a little at a time with his buddy, Tristan.

I'm so happy that Tristan was able to get me back online with my laptop yesterday. He said it was a bad virus that I picked up somewhere. He said to keep his card and he can be my techno guru. It's working lickety split today. I'm loving it. We're going to back up everything while we're out watching fireworks tonight.

YEAH!!!!!!!!! Fireworks tonight!!!! BBQ tomorrow....John is already marinating the steak and chicken....he's making a three bean salad and he already made some Ambrosia. Tom said he'll be back tomorrow for some more good food.

All is well in the world on top of Stone Hill mountain.

BTW, I need to change my mailing address on the Christmas Card list. I no longer live rural. I have a real street address now. hahaha. That's so they can find me for 911 emergencies. I'm not so sure I want to be found. Oh well. I have to change my address with everyone. UGH!!!

I need to remember to throw some good luck change in the back seat of Merlot. My mom taught us that one.

A cool bath and pizza sounds awesome. I won't be getting to the pool until weekdays when John is not home. He's not real interested in going. I'm sure Tom will want to come with me. He's applying for a job down the road at the local vetrinerary office. He's got a good reference there and he has experience since he used to work with my neighbor Mike and his animals. It's open 24/7 so he can get any shift. It would be great if he gets it because he can even walk there if needed since it's around two miles from my house. Keep the pixie dust blowing!!

After shoe shopping for Tyler, we came home with a big bag of fireworks, waited until dark, and one neighbor came out to watch after we started lighting them off. She asked if she could go with us to see fireworks tomorrow night, so that means I have to clean out the car, LOL!

Totally exhausted after hours of swimming and water slides at the pool. Quick supper, Tyler's sleeping again. Poor kid is sleeping lots this weekend, camp wore him out! Leaving for fireworks in about an hour. I'd like a nap too, but a shower is more important for now. One of Tyler's friends is dropping her off at our house in an hour so she can go with us to watch fireworks. This is the girl who we took to the circus and she was so upset that I wouldn't buy lots of things for her. I reminded her before we left the pool that I won't be bringing money to buy things, but her mom is welcome to send money with her in case she wants to buy something. I'm so grateful Tyler never asks for things when we're out. He knows we eat and drink before we go, or bring our own if it's allowed.

Spent today quiet... several thunder storms went through. wont' have to water for days again...

Had to go to the DINER for breakfast this morning... as Olivers took their yearly vacation. They won't be back until next tuesday... I'm gonna SOO need my benny by then...
