Gee, thanks, I think! :rotfl2: You know, I do miss you, but not enough to want to share THIS! :rotfl:

:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:hahaha....don't I KNOW IT!!!!

How are you feeling today, any better?

My leg is still extremely swollen and red and painful. I think the antibiotics are knocking me out. I've been sleeping for two days.

I actually woke up yesterday morning 100% better. I was surprised at how quickly it went away but will finish the week of antibiotics because I DEFINITELY don't want it to come back.

I'm sorry you've got so much pain, hope you feel better soon.

Good for you!!!! I'm so glad you're doing better. That was fast, it will take me longer to get rid of mine. You have a good immune system and I don't....but I will get there.

Great news Holly. So sorry though Deb that you are suffering so much.

It's like your pancreatitus Marilyn. The last I heard you were still having pain everyday too. Somehow you just get used to it. At least it's not bad enough that I have to take Vicodin. It's tolerable without the meds. I'm just taking the antibiotics. I might have to take the medrol for the swelling. I have to watch it and see if it gets better or worse. I have some if I need it.

Well, when I had it on my leg, it took about a week and a half, so I feel lucky. Hopefully you'll be on the mend soon, sorry it's being stubborn for you.

Hi Marilyn!!! How's England???:flower3:

Hi Kathe!!!:yay:

.......
My baby girl had her 4th bday yesterday...can you believe it??? I got to talk to her in the morning and she was super excited that she's now 4. Lisa did tell me that she asked if I was coming up for her bday....sniff sniff....wish I could have been there, but after last year's snowstorm I didn't even try.
.......

A friend of mine always celebrates the birthdays :bday: of her far-away relatives when they visit her. That way everyone gets two birthdays. There is one day for each person. If the kids come with the parents, there might be four or more birthdays in a row. Different cakes or different restaurants or different activities and a day designated for each individual. If the kids come on their own, she makes that whole visit a celebration of the birthday :clown: An un-birthday I guess. The kids think it is great. The adults like it too but do not always :jester: admit it.
:rotfl:

did you know that the Vatican has a Pharmacy? They even take MC & Visa... you do not however have to make your check out to the Pope... :rotfl: (I'm gonna have to say lots of Hail Mary's for that one...)

I didn't end up taking him to the vet because he's acting normal, his breathing doesn't sound stuffy anymore and his coughing is less, only heard him cough once yesterday and once today, so I think he's on the mend. It's such a pathetic sound, hearing a guinea pig cough. ;)

Hi Marilyn!!! How's England???:flower3:

England is ok thanks. I don't mind being home. I think the length of vacation helps in that post vacation feeling. I used to be so down afterwards. We have seen one lot of children and grands and get to see some more on Wednesday and at the weekend. Other than that we are relaxing:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2: and slowly sorting things out from unpacking.

I have strange dreams some nights. I put them down the the Tramadol, the pain killers. Makes me wonder where all the stuff in the dreams comes from.

Do you have to go back to the doctor any earlier Deb?

No, I'm not scheduled to go back....not unless this leg doesn't get better. I just started taking the seroids this morning because the swelling is so bad....I feel like my leg is going to pop. Hopefully that will help it along some.

It usually takes all of the antibiotics before it gets better and I have a two week script.

Thanks Kathe. I'm getting used to having it. It will go away.

That must be a horrible feeling. I know the steroids have worked quickly and well in the past, but I also know you don't like taking them.

Champagne Girls elsewhere is just getting out of hand now. I don't like it and it is all wrong.
