What do you use the apple butter for Michelle? Is it like a jam or jelly?

It's really easy...

Apples, butter, cinnamon, cloves, balsamic vinegar (just a little) and a few other things... (I'll get you the recipe..)

I put it in my crock pot for 6 hours - it makes the house smell wonderful... stir occasionally, cool it and it makes about 2 cups... it's really good... like a jam sort of. I'm going to see if it freezes... if it lasts that long...

Yes! Toast with butter & Apple butter, Yum! I also love peanut butter & Apple butter sandwiches.

Holly, I downloaded mine directly from phone to computer so that I could upload to photobucket then post.

Kathe, we have to get you on Facebook....it's take a picture with the phone and then one click to download directly to Facebook. It's so much easier. Even John finally joined, as much as he protested against it.

Tonight they lit the Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center. Now it's officially the Christmas season.

I'm not sure I'm ready. I'm still recouperating from Turkey Day. I'm exhausted and doing lots of sleeping. I didn't take any drugs while away in Chicago because I just took steroids in October. I can't do them that close together. I'm waiting until I get some energy so I can do my Christmas cards.

My brother and I "ran away" a couple of times....but we always asked Mom to pack us a lunch and casually mentioned we might be home for dinner!
