I know you feel aweful....but really it's no big deal. We're all just human and make mistakes from time to time. Nobody's perfect. We have all done what you just did and there's no rhyme or reason...it just happens. Don't beat yourself up for it. Hugs!!!

Thanks, I felt better about it today. Talked to the other attorney who was responsible for checking what I did before sending it out, and he's not upset. He said "_ _it happens, you're still my BFF".

I know, right!!! He IS completely different now. Finally!!

I told him that he could put things online to sell and keep whatever money he got for them. He gets money and I get cleaned up. It's a win win situation. You could do that with the kid on the block. Then you wouldn't have to pay him.

It's a great idea, but I already got rid of stuff that can be sold or donated. What's left is just clutter. Stuff that can either be organized or just tossed. I plan on trying to jump into it tomorrow.

I don't make too many mistakes with what I do... not saying I'm super human... I'm not... but I have to have several sources before I give anyone information.

BUT...

I've got to say...

Last year I had to find someone. Usually not hard to do. It was someone who knew certain things about a project that we were working on.

Well... I did my usual search and all I could find was several Obituaries... so I gave the info to the person who needed it and told him the guy had died... Felt bad about it too cause it was going to be an important source...

Well...I got a call a week or so later - boy had I messed up...

The guy called the son at the number I gave him and MY guy said he was sorry and then he said "Wow... you sound JUST like your dad..."

It WAS his dad...

They all had the SAME NAME... as the GRANDFATHER!!! Who was unfortunatlely the one who had died...

OOPS!! Now THAT'S funny!!!

its a good definitely a good crazy. Its so nice to be enjoying work again! Its nice to be together as a family more. It'll be even better to get into our own house again.

For those of you who don't know this tidbit, Siamese are known for being "shoulder riders". They love to be up on your shoulders. It's hilarious! Anytime he jumps on me, he climbs right up onto my shoulder, sometimes wrapped around the back of my neck with head and front feet across one shoulder and back feet across the other shoulder. Bizarre, but funny!

He DESPERATELY wants to get into my bedroom, YOWLING outside the door, and I'm sure I know why. I'd love to let him in there to do his job, but am afraid I wouldn't find him again because that room doubles as a storage room and has piles of crap (part of what I need to toss out). I suppose letting him in there will force me to sort through that crap. Will do tonight or tomorrow.

I thought I would stop by to say hi and see if any of the gang had checking in yet from barcelona! I did just realize that I missed a huge DIS opportunity....I mean, I could have caught up on so much and done so much planning while I was stuck in bed for the past weeks! Oh well....
Hope everyone is good. I am hanging in there and slowly (did I say SLOW?) recovering. Really hoping that I am back to normal in 21 days when we hit the road for 2 weeks at WDW...visiting with great friends and renewing our vows. I keep shaking pixie dust whenever I can just to make sure!
Oh, and I can say...I am so glad football season is back...I just love Sundays in the fall!

I cannot believe that it's two weeks from us leaving for Florida and I have not even started thinking about what to pack. I've got a lot of attention going to Tom since he's here and I have no time left for me. I might have to start packing now....late at night....in order to get it done. I'm not used to working with distractions. Then I have to do the "glam" prep. I'll probably go and get everything done this week. It's going to be very busy these next two weeks.

We told Tom that he's not permitted to stay at our house while we're gone. So he will be travelling to Florida with us. We'll drop him off at his mom's. He can stay there for the three weeks that we'll be down there. Then he'll drive home with us. I told him we still have trust issues because of the last time he stayed here. There are clearly defined boundaries now....he's on a short leash. The good news is that he's doing great. He really has put his heart into it and he's trying to do his best. That's awesome!

Hi Kaylee, good to see you over here again. What date are you renewing your vows? Me and John will be down there and if we are available we would love to come and watch you and Scott renew your vows. We won't be able to stay long, but just long enough to watch the ceremony. Let us know. We would love to see you and the family.
