Marilyn, I have been reading about you getting another horrible snow stormHope you are still able to get around where you are. It's going to be a crazy winter I think, for us too!
The whole country is in a big mess Kathe. Locally we have only had a light covering of snow since the deep stuff went, but the temperatures for us all over here are terrible, so very icy roads etc. London's Heathrow and Gatwick airports keeps closing and there are thousands of passengers going nowhere for Christmas. People who couldn't fly to Europe then tried to go by Eurostar(train) to Paris, but the queue to try and get tickets was 5 hours long, outside in the freezing weather, snaking right round buildings! In fact they said ambulances had been called to some who got too cold.
Hugs to everyone as you try to cope and help with your loved onesIt's hard to see our parents aging and starting to have health issues. I went to visit my in-laws last week, my MIL is having a very hard time with her memory. She has aged so much in the last year. She also has a blood disorder and has been having transfusions for the last couple of years.
It is so sad isn't it, and upsetting to see. Sorry about your MIL. I was just about to say that there is no way out of ageing and it's problems, but actually the alternative isn't too good either is it?
