Hi Friends, I've been very busy getting ready to move Casey into his own place on Sat in VA. Yet there was more drama last night. My brother paid Casey directly for his child support this month. It's more than double what Casey is paying for rent so he should do fine if he budgets. He also has a part time job and he's looking for a second job. So he'll be good. But he'll have to learn how to do a budget and start paying bills every month. Jane, his dear mother, decided that she wanted part of the money that he got from his dad. She said, "after all you're still living in my house for part of the month." Can you believe it? She wants to prorate her child for living in her house. The nerve. So Casey said no, "I can't do that. I need the money to start up and for a security deposit, etc." Jane's response? She kicked him out of the house right then and there. She couldn't even wait until Sat when we'll be there and he can move into his room in a house share. So he was only allowed to take clothes and a computer. He took it and brought it to his girlfriend Brittany's house to hold and then went to sleep at another friend's house until Sat. Brittany still lives with her parents. They are only 19 years old.
We are not permitted to go get the turtles that I'm taking back to my house.....she won't let us get them until Sun. John got so mad last night and called her. He said, "Jane I have to be up for work at 4am on Monday. I can't wait until late on Sunday to get those turtles." She said she'll be out of town on Sat so come by early on Sun. (She's got plans to go to the beach in NC for the day.) She doesn't want us or Casey in the house when she is not there and she won't cancel her plans. Meanwhile my brother is in Jacksonville, FL on vacation and he has been dealing with this all week since I called him on Monday. It's the first vacation my brother has taken since my mom died in 2007 and he's involved with all this drama from his ex wife about his son.
Jane is certainly not a kind, loving, giving, nurturing mother. She's all about money and control. If you're not doing things her way while she is profiting off of you, then she gets ugly. Who wants to be around a person like that? Imagine how Casey feels knowing that is who his own mother is. Last night he officially moved out on his own. He'll have to grow up fast now.
I believe that Jane is actually worse than Joe. If that's possible. I believe she is. Joe kicked out Tom and Kris, but they are not his kids. Jane kicked out Casey who is her own child. She couldn't even wait two days until he had a place to go. He had to leave immediately and without warning. She is going to be a very lonely person in the end. She only has her marine son who is her golden child and her best friend. Everyone else leaves her. She has no family on her side. They all left her years ago. Now Casey and our side has left her. Good riddens! Have a nice life!

I went to bed at midnight and got up at 8am. 
Lowes Builders Workshop for kids so Tyler could make a cute heart music box, hanging out relaxing at home until the Valentine's Day party at the YMCA later today. Tyler's been playing Frontierville lots today and I'm doing laundry and dishes and relaxing. Might take an hour nap before we go.
