Unfortunately Toronto is very unlikely for me I don't get very many weekends off work and have already asked for one in August as I'll be looking after Serenity while Brian is at a wedding. I just had a weekend off a couple of weeks ago so I could go to PEI too. I do have the date marked down though....just looks unlikely right now.

Yeah, somebody already mentioned the Magic in New York on here (unless it was somewhere else, but it was just last week I think). Somebody already said both new ships would be in FL, the Magic move to NY permanently and of course Wonder in LA. (or at least that's the favored guess).

Ken was laughing tonight as I'm hobbling after soccer. Usually he's the one pulling muscles and stuff, but tonight it was my turn.

Nan - sorry to hear about your mom. Molly looked like she had a great birthday. And tell the kids to "break a leg" on opening night!

I had some big things going on the past few months which made the timing difficult financially, and there was no way I could come up with payment by final payment date coming up. So Heather and I brainstormed tons last night, and that's what we came up with. Turns out they wanted to cancel the PC to switch to the B2B anyway, so it all works out well for all.

BUT.....I'm so sorry about not being able to spend time with you & John, Marilyn, and Cheri, and our other thieves on the PC. This will work out well though, since we already saw the PC. Tyler and I don't do well in heat, so I think the cold weather will be much better for us. It will be sad not to swim, but it will be a nice tradeoff because of the things we'll get to see.

Well you still get to see Cheri!! It will be fun for you to do something different and see different places.

We celebrated Brian's birthday here tonight after work. Lovely evening but I'm worn out! Brian BBQ'd the burgers and we had ice cream cake...yummy! I had some appetizers ready the night before so I just had to heat them up. Sounds like an easy evening, right? I must be getting old We did have a very busy 2 yr old though I'm not used to having 9 for dinner anymore! I did enjoy seeing everyone....I also enjoyed saying goodbye when it was time for them to leave!

No way could I cater for 9 these days. Sounds like a lovely evening.

It was kind of funny, as he had hurt his quad at the beginning of the season, and would be sitting with the ice on his leg after a game, and I'd be dealing with getting the kids to bed. Yesterday, I was sitting and he was dealing.

Oh oh oh.....now you're talking my territory. John said we're going under the Golden Gate bridge in May. Can you imagine going under the Verazzano bridge in NY? I said after spending every Mother's Day sitting for 3 hours in bumper to bumper traffic on the bridge.....I would LOVE to sail under instead. How cool would that be for us?!?
