I am almost fully recovered now thank you, but trying to keep the pampering going for a little while yet. If I was working I would be back next week i think, so am presuming I have to be careful till then, and still with heavy lifting for a while. Still some pain like I was suffering before, not gallbladder related, so I hope that settles or I will have to go see about that.

Almost packed... Mom and I are discussing whether or not I can fit everything in one suitcase...

Good news... she has NOT yet started cleaning in strange places... I guess she thinks that the neighbors already know what the house looks like and if by some chance they have to break in...

Hello everybody!
Work is starting to drive me bonky today. We are still down from the fire on May 19th, and now they are painting the inside of the roof outside my office. There's big manlifts running to get the bodies up high, so between paint fumes and exhaust, its not the most pleasant place. Hopefully they'll be done that section this afternoon and tomorrow will be less odorous

We have arrived...

Left Albany late due to storms over the midatlantic region. So my layover in Orlando was more like a run between gates. Didn't even feel like I was there. Oh well...

It was strange though. The airport was very crowded... but you didn't see alot of people with shopping bags or mouse ears or t shirts. I guess the economy really is affecting things.

Brian is slightly embarassed that I brought Planky, but he's there for a Dismeet tomorrow, not the graduation...

It is understandable to be sad Holly. It all sounded so promising and with you enjoying each others company and all! He may reconsider, but he does need to be a little more forward doesn't he???

He can try again in 2 years. I got the story - it equates to he quit under pressure. Which makes me sad for him since he will forever be mad at himself for that momentary choice. Now we wait and see where he gets sent. This is the scary part

Michelle - glad your flight went well.

Long day today, but the girls & I picked up some plants for the bricks lining the driveway, and Shaelyn got some of them planted while I was pulling out the weeds before the rain hit and ended our planting.

I'm definitely getting fresh air. My group just didn't do some of our work that required us to be in that area until they had moved into another section.

I'm happy this day is almost over. Time to get out of here, get my girls, run a few errands and head home for a quiet evening.

They were debuting a chocolate massage on the Wonder last month. So you can try one in Oct if you want

We should be leaving WDW for Miami on the 17th or 18th, so we might all get a meet on the 17th. I think there was a plan afoot.

Love the pictures. The girls are so sweet. Shaelyn does look like she is being shaken by the shoulders there when she is having that badge pinned on though!!

Hi Friends. I'm sleepy. Went to the leg doc yesterday and got hurt a lot. Taking pain meds. The update is that he wanted me to get on IV antibiotics for a month. I asked if I had to go to the hospital for that long and he said no. They just put a stint in your chest and John could hook it up for me at home. I said NO WAY I could ever do that. I told him I needed to take 2 valiums just to get the IV in the hand when I was at the hospital last time. I said they would have to knock me out for a month. So that's not happening. I'm continuing with my Keflex pills. Then he said he wanted me to go into an ocean 24/7 for the next month. I would love to, but I can't make that happen. Then he said he was going to prescribe an in ground pool at home. He said to get the leg into the chlorine. This I can actually do. I have a local town pool and we're going to be away at Hershey this weekend. John said he'll wrap the leg in gauze without a pad and then put a stocking over it to hold it in place. I can go in the pool without grossing anyone out. The wrapping will stay wet on the leg when I'm out of the water. Also, I can't get any sun on it so the bandage will help that too.

I asked the doc if it was safe for others if I go into the water with my infection. He said that's what the chlorine is for. It kills it. I didn't know. I would have done it a long time ago.

Our Hershey hotel has an indoor and an outdoor pool. I'm sure I'll be following the doctor's orders.

Just popping by to say hello and er... goodbye!!!! I'm off to WDW on Saturday for 10 days of WDW fun in the sun with a DIS girlfriend - goodness knows I feel like I need it!!! It's been a bit on the yuk-side here lately and I've had a tedious persistent sinus infection that's taken a while to shift - not great.... BUT we're off to Walt's World and that makes everyone feel good so thank goodness!!!
