Didn't manage to get on this morning - hardly enough time to farm, tend the fish, work on the ranch and dig the island!!! Had to go in early. We're now deliberating, but it is all not as easy as we first thought so taking longer. Hopefully we should be finished tomorrow lunchtime, then I can start thinking about Christmas.

Hi Friends....it was a better day today for the leg. Soaking and cleaning really helped. I'm doing it again in a few minutes...an hour before John gets home so he can wrap it...ha. John does a much better job than I did.

Our netbook came today. It's looks like a toy it's so small and light....just 3 pounds. I think we did great for the price. I'll let John set it up...he's my IT specialist. Good thing it's here before leaving for the Wonder in just 5 1/2 weeks. YEAH.

Tomorrow is doctor and I have so many questions for him. I think I've had about 3-4 infections this year. That's way too many. I hope he has some good answers. I'm with you Nan, that's just not right and I need to get healthy so we need to learn how to prevent it.

Marilyn, I'm glad you're finally in the deliberation stage. It should be over soon now. Then you can get ready for Christmas. It's already December 2nd. Wow.

Deborah, the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting Ceremony is tonight. You might be able to find it on Youtube. I've got it recording. I used to go there and watch it live every year when I lived/worked in NYC. I love it.

I'm doing good for Christmas. All the gifts are arriving and the cards will go out soon. Then it's time to wrap presents and put up the tree. YEAH. This year it will look beautiful with all my new Mickey tree decorations. I'm excited.

PA finally got the N1H1 flu shot. John and I both qualify but the kid has to wait until it's offered to the general public. John is getting his tonight and I'll be going to get mine tomorrow after the doctor. I'm so relieved that it's finally available here and that we're getting it done. That's the last thing I need to worry about for both of us.

Time to go run the tub.

Hi Shell....I was going to ask about the pictures until I read your post and realized that you're in pain mode again. I fully understand. I'll be on Vicodin tomorrow to get thru the culture. I was thinking about taking one just to get into the tub tonight and then the pump after. Right now my leg burns and stings. Happy happy Joy joy!! I hope you feel better very soon.

& that concludes the photo portion of the tour... Of course we stood around in the lobby and talked and talked cause we just didn't want to leave, but alas... we had to let Deborah go because her Chariot in the Sky was awaiting her at Newark Airport...

We had a GREAT time!!!

All decided we needed to do this again whenever there are Disers around...

I don't know how, but I've hurt my lower back again so am in self-imposed exile on the sofa with legs elevated whilst chucking Ibuprofen down my throat. The frustrating thing is that I just don't know what I've done. The scary thing is the pain's the same as when I damaged both hip ligaments a few years ago - I was off my feet for months then!! I think it's about time to make an appointment with dreaded GP...
