Hi Gydell!!!!!!!

I just have to say.....after seeing pictures of you at Connie's cookout.....you look FABULOUS!!!!!

I'm following in your footsteps. You are such an inspiration. Good job!

Holly, it's hard to believe that Tyler is 7 already. He was just 5 when we started chatting together. Time surely does fly. Tyler is a little man now....no more baby boy. All the little ones are growing up.

I'm back again princess: and I hope you are feeling better.

That's good that WW is so cautious with kids. Its scary how some kids can get weight obsessed. Holly, I think that's great that Tyler is interested in what's healthy.

Hi Jill! Were they new pants? Sometimes the crap they put in them to keep them looking good on the rack can irritate the skin.

Monica - I hope you feel better soon :grouphug:

That's what I think of facebook too. Maybe just because I don't go on enough, I haven't got it all figured out.

Its definitely slowed down, perhaps #13 is just a bad number? :confused3 I think Ian's right that facebook has taken some away. There hasn't been a good nighttime chat session in a while. Since its gone this long, I don't think it will die, but it might stay at this level? It should pick up a little once Marilyn gets home.

And once Gay gets out of school in a few days.:rotfl2:

Man, I give you a mini laptop to keep with you and this is what you do?

I'll try to get to them tonight. Depending on the harvest schedule on my farm.
:lmao:

Well I'm glad to see 3 pages since I rescued us from page 2. Nice to "see" you all.

Thanks! I reached my 1st goal of a 100 loss today, but am now adding 20 more to reach my final goal.
If I can do it anyone can so just stick with it and the pounds will melt away before you know it!

Bravo!

That's fantastic!

Oh boy, Tyler and I are in for some serious weather changes when we hit FL! Temps will be in the 60s (F) here (possibly low 70s) but it looks like it's in the 90s in FL! Holy cow!

OH! I FORGET WHEN YOU WILL BE HERE! PLEASE TELL ME AGAIN!

Tomorrow Chuck, Patrick and I are going to MK to see and hear the Rock Falls, Illinois band perform. Chuck and I both graduated from Rock Falls High School and we lived in Rock Falls until 1985, when we moved across the Rock River to Sterling when Michael started first grade.

So, today we went to the Good Samaritan Village to hear the band perform there, and it was like old home week! There were parents there who knew Chuck's sister, and one of the mom's was married to an old friend of ours, and another was a daughter of an old classmate of my mothers....and the band director's son is a junior at Illinois Math and Science Academy, where our son,Mike went to high school! oh, my it was so much fun!

And tomorrow we are going to Magic Kingdom to see them again! We are even going to keep Patrick home to take him to WDW!

UP was cute, but quite dark at times - LOVE Doug the dog. :thumbsup2

our son, Mike, said UP was his favorite Pixel movie, but I am not sure it's ours. we went yesterday, but I thought it was ok, but not as good as Toy Story.

Tomorrow I have a doctor appointment with my GP. John is taking me coz with this leg, I can't drive. I don't have to see the wound doctor anymore. The leg wound is as good as it's going to get. I'm no longer wearing a bandage. It's no longer leaking or infected. It's just ugly, bumpy and scarred. Now I have the issue of the whole leg swelling, turning red and hurting. So back to the regular doctor to find out what's going on with that.

At least I can swim in a pool now. When Kris gets here we'll go to the local town pool. It's really nice and I can go in the water. YEAH.

GOOD FOR YOU!!! I am sure any type of exercise is great for your circulation. We are having so much trouble with Patrick and his feet and knees. He says he's in pain all the time. We have tried 3 different pairs of shoes, several types of braces, ice, warmth, etc. He is just having some trouble with edema right now. And I think he has some arthritis in his knees and feet. Poor baby.

OK! I see I am talking to myself again....you all can read my postings in the morning...I am going to watch TVand play solitaire now.

bye bye

Wow, well done Gydell for continuing to lose weight111:thumbsup2

That's a long time to be together. I'm happy to hear that it has mostly been a good family time! :goodvibes

And I highly recommend Mickey's Philmargic at the Magic Kingdom! Its my favourite thing at WDW! But it is a 3D movie that expands to fill the side walls, so I don't know if it would be overwhelming for Tyler. :confused3

It has only been 2 weeks with us all together. They have had a few days out as a family so we could all have a break from each other. Basically it has been a great time.

:cheer2::yay:YOU GO GIRL!!!:yay::cheer2:

You are an inspiration! :goodvibes

Holly and Shannon.....I don't like facebook either. I'm on there only because everyone I know is there and I try to keep up every couple of days or so. I don't check it out everyday.

I'm still on myspace too....to keep in touch with the kids. Tom, Kris, and Casey are on there. Tristan is on Facebook. So I do both to keep in touch with them, but not everyday.

Speaking of the kids....Tom graduated high school....YEAH. He's signing up with the National Guard. We're happy for him. Kris is coming here for a two week vacation on June 10th. Casey will come visit this Summer with my brother....sometime in August. Busy, busy, busy. It must be Summer. Tristan is still in the Marines, he's in Pensacola FL. Not sure when I'll get to see him again. They're all growing up. Kris and Casey are the youngest and they'll both be 17 in August. Does that make me older now too?

Glad to hear that Tom has made it!!!:banana::banana::banana:

Pay attention to the Dr. and you'll be fine in no time

Well as long as there's at least one of us on here talking to theirself then we'll keep it alive and tag you're it!!! hahahaha!

Thanks... but if I tag myself... :confused3

One thing i have discovered....... we oldies have far more stamina than the young'uns.:lmao::thumbsup2

I can't send them home at the moment though.

We have been very good and not interfered. I'm just surprised at our daughter and son in law's lack of disciplining and habit of rewarding bad behaviour. I really had to back off from that one!! The twins are a delight all the time though. Really we have got on very well.

Other than that all has been fantastic, just not the complete delight I had anticipated.

It sort of gives you a sneak peak into the way it is at home...

You all need me to keep this thread going???:scared1:

YES

YES, you're the glue that holds us all together.;)

Velcro... :thumbsup2

Ok, had some time out so off back now.:scared: See you all later.

Take a deep breath and go back in there... :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:
