And once Gay gets out of school in a few days.:rotfl2:

Tell her to hurry... we miss her!!! :dance3:

Man, I give you a mini laptop to keep with you and this is what you do?

I'll try to get to them tonight. Depending on the harvest schedule on my farm.
:lmao:

Well I'm glad to see 3 pages since I rescued us from page 2. Nice to "see" you all.

Way to go V!!!! :banana::banana::banana::banana:

Thanks! I reached my 1st goal of a 100 loss today, but am now adding 20 more to reach my final goal.
If I can do it anyone can so just stick with it and the pounds will melt away before you know it!

Bravo!

That's fantastic!

Thanks - 2 weeks at WDW and not 1 time did I go off my diet!

Thanks!

Great Gydell!!!!!! Congrats!!!! :yay::yay::yay::yay:

Plus by downloading every night, you will only lose the current days photos if something happens to the camera.

And I highly recommend Mickey's Philmargic at the Magic Kingdom! Its my favourite thing at WDW! But it is a 3D movie that expands to fill the side walls, so I don't know if it would be overwhelming for Tyler. :confused3

Oh, good point about losing photos. Yikes! Thanks!

Well, how Tyler handles things will be greatly impacted by how hot he is and how much sleep he gets, so we're just going to wing it and just see how things go. I'm pretty worried because he was up late again tonight playing with his 2 friends who came over about 7, which is his bedtime. He had about a 20 minute nap before they showed up, but he was overtired and it was a very unpleasant time. After they left, his frustration over falling down a few times, bumping into a bunch of things, and not being able to fold up a pop-up firetruck shaped sort of tent thingy escalated into the first rage fit I've seen at home in quite some time. It was ugly, I had to go outside and sit on the porch a while. He came to get me afterwards and was apologizing and very sad, etc. I fully attribute it to the 2 late nights in a row. Things are pretty stable for him as long as he gets 12 hours of sleep a night. I'm not sure we can make that happen on vacation, but we'll just wing it.

Sorry.....I'm rambling because I'm tired and I can't concentrate because the guinea pigs are SO DARNED NOISY! :rotfl2:

I'm so excited for you guys. Three more days and a wake up. Are you packed yet? You're going to the happiest place on earth and you're going to have so much fun.:wizard:

WE'RE EXCITED TOO! No, not packed. I never pack until the night before because I always need to do one last load of laundry because I'm usually wearing what I'm going to take. I have to mow Friday after work, and have a graduation open house to attend, and need to do laundry and pack afterwards. I usually don't sleep more than about 3 hours the night before travel because I'm too excited to sleep, so I might as well use that time productively! ;)

Holly don't forget that at his age... the pool is a great place to spend time for Tyler...

Also... if you are looking for crocs for him... there is a crocs store at Orlando Airport...

Sorry it's late.....but I really want to say.......

HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY TYLER

Hope you have the best birthday week ever!!! Hugs to Mickey for me when you see him soon!!!

Aw, that's really cute! I'll show him in the morning. :goodvibes

Holly, it's hard to believe that Tyler is 7 already. He was just 5 when we started chatting together. Time surely does fly. Tyler is a little man now....no more baby boy. All the little ones are growing up.

I know! His teacher pointed out to me that he's not much shorter than me. It's crazy! But I much prefer this age. I love how independent he is. And we can actually have fun together. After his fit tonight, when we were talking about it, I told him it hasn't happened in a while at home, and asked him if he remembers when he would be like that ALL DAY sometimes, and we'd never have a single day without an episode like that. Fortunately, he says he doesn't remember (and doesn't believe me).

Thanks! I reached my 1st goal of a 100 loss today, but am now adding 20 more to reach my final goal.
If I can do it anyone can so just stick with it and the pounds will melt away before you know it!

wow!!! Way to go! You're truly an inspiration for the rest of us.

OH! I FORGET WHEN YOU WILL BE HERE! PLEASE TELL ME AGAIN!

Tomorrow Chuck, Patrick and I are going to MK to see and hear the Rock Falls, Illinois band perform. Chuck and I both graduated from Rock Falls High School and we lived in Rock Falls until 1985, when we moved across the Rock River to Sterling when Michael started first grade.

So, today we went to the Good Samaritan Village to hear the band perform there, and it was like old home week! There were parents there who knew Chuck's sister, and one of the mom's was married to an old friend of ours, and another was a daughter of an old classmate of my mothers....and the band director's son is a junior at Illinois Math and Science Academy, where our son,Mike went to high school! oh, my it was so much fun!

And tomorrow we are going to Magic Kingdom to see them again! We are even going to keep Patrick home to take him to WDW!
We're arriving Saturday afternoon for a week! It looks like Sunday we'll be at AK, but I 'm not sure about the other days. Probably Monday at MK and one other park on Tuesday, but nothing is set in stone yet.

Oh he could stay in the pool all day, so I'm not worried. We'll have an awesome time for sure! He can splash to his heart's content! ;)

Thanks, I remembered the Crocs store, but we've already been looking around here for some. He decided he doesn't want Crocs this time because "only the girls have them" at his school  Good grief! He wants to wear his new sneakers because they're comfy for walking. Whatever.

A little video clip. Oreo is on the right, he's 4 months old now, and Dale is on the left, he's 6 weeks old.

This is from about a week and a half ago at a wonderful county park we have here called Hawk Island. It's free (just costs $2 for parking in the summer) and has a splash pad, small lake, paddle boats to rent, bike trails, a trail going around the lake through the woods, a really big playground, covered areas for big family picnics or parties or reunions, a separate area for dogs, and a two sledding hills in the winter with a warming building.

Can you tell I'm bored tonight? Well, not actually bored, just taking time to get some pictures & video off my camera to get ready for VACATION!!!!!!

Sorry, this one's kind of long, but I just have to share anyway!

Thanks! I reached my 1st goal of a 100 loss today, but am now adding 20 more to reach my final goal.

OK! I see I am talking to myself again....you all can read my postings in the morning...I am going to watch TVand play solitaire now.

bye bye

Have a great night!
