They have a special going on right now where you can sign up for a free trial week. Then you pay $65 for the first 3 months. Then it's $16.95 each month thereafter.

You can do the entire program online or you can go to weekly meetings or a combination of both.

The tools that are available online help you to manage your weight control easily. They really do have a great program. I'm glad I got started with them.

On the way to school this morning, Tyler mentioned that yesterday, his teacher had to leave school in such a hurry that there was no time to get a sub (his aide had to run class for the rest of the day) because her husband has the flu and she'll be out today too. My first thought was....."Uh oh....I hope it's not THAT flu". Yikes!

Ut Oh! Maybe you better get some more airborne or whatever it is that you and Tyler use to ward off sick bugs.

It is just accross at Crossroads Center, straight out of DTD along Hotel Plaza Boulevard and straight across Apopka Vineland Road.

There is also a Cici's Pizza opened close by. We went there first but 2 large buses had just dropped of loads of teens and the line was well out of the door. Now that buffet is about $5.99, as opposed to $9.99 at Sweet Tomatoes. Not as healthy as Sweet Tomatoes though.We also got 10% off for being over 60!!!

That's good to know, love Sweet Tomatoes and I've been anxious to try CiCi's - not until I hit my goal of course!

Hi everyone,
I've had a couple of busy days here in Chicago. Yesterday I did a city tour on a double-decker bus, which was really fun plus it was a nice day to be out in the open. After that I had some lunch and then walked around the parks downtown. I was pretty tired when I got home and went to bed early.

Today a friend of mine and his girlfriend came into the city and we went on an architecture river tour, then went to the art museum. Even though we only had a couple of hours at the museum we saw quite a bit.

I think tomorrow I'm going to hang around here, maybe go walk around the neighborhood a little. I'm pretty tired tonight, been going a lot. Tomorrow night I might be going out to dinner with the daughter of a Prescott friend.

Here's a couple of pictures of my charges, Truman (L) and Tallulah(R)...cute doesn't BEGIN to describe them!

Right now the 3 of us are comfy on the couch, watching David Letterman, but I'm going to have to call it a night.

Connie - I too fell off the wagon with my eating yesterday. For me it was baked chips (salt and vinegar flavour!). Now I am back to being good.

BIRD BATH AND I MADE IAN GO AND GET IT FOR ME AND HE TALKED ME INTO THE BLUE ONE!!!! (it better be nice... (and blue...) (well, it IS my favorite color and the gold one would have gotten lost in my Black Eyed Susans... and he did promise me a park bench too... so Marilyn... if you see or talk to him... remind him of the bench.... I'd like one of the nice ones from back in the gardens of the UK... Thanks...

I had my driving licence out at Sweet Tomatoes for prof of being over 60, but she didn't want to see it!!! I said I really wanted her to say she didn't believe me!!!!

Perhaps Ian should take Sukie to WDW or somewhere fun to cheer him up!!!

Had a really fun time up at Universal today. Met some UK friends and pootled about a bit. Ended up on Popeye's rafts and absolutely everything on me was soaking wet!!!

Just done laundry and will have a meal soon. Relaxing tonight. Have the Fort Wilderness Segway tour tomorrow morning, then meeting 2 young friends from our first Magic cruise in DHS. Eating with them at 50's Prime Time.

Hi Deb, I've been thinking of you too.

We don't have any plans that I know of. But I'm not looking forward to sunday. I do have the wonderful memories of last year, and I think being with all my friends and being at CC, it made it easier to get through. But I know that I will get through this one too, but I really wish I was going back to CC again.
