Does anyone have any plans for the long 4th of July weekend? John and I talked about going to the Sands casino and losing a roll of quarters and then going to see the fireworks. Both are in Bethlehem. That's where we used to live. I love that town.

We are going on our 7 night cruise....we are packing now. It's going to be hot hot hot hot hot! Just packing swim suits, shorts and tank tops, except for a couple of dresses for dinner.

It is a special weekend for us too - our Ruby wedding anniversary is on Sunday. We aren't having a party but are doing loads of things over the weekend. Meal out, breakfast out, afternoon tea out, meal at our son and daughter in law's. Very nice!!!

Can't believe it is 40 years. Makes me feel very old. Been a great 40 years though.

Hi Ian! Did you see my comments on taking wine on the cruise? I have talked myself into taking a box of my favorite red....Pinot Noir and a big acrylic wine glass ( not the one that holds a whole bottle of wine!). I am NOT going to feel weird to take my own glass of wine to dinner.....I must get over that!

I do like my red wine, and Chuck likes his beer, so we will just drink together differently! Patrick can overdose on his coffee...good thing he doesn't realize we dilute it half and half with water!

It's pretty darned cold again today. I had to turn on the heater in my car this morning and wore a jacket. It's not supposed to get out of the 60sF again. BUT.....this is good because my grass isn't growing! I mowed it the Monday night we got home from Florida, that's over a week ago, and it's not ready to be mowed yet!

That reminds me Nan. Do you remember that elderly lady who stayed in front of us, at the side of the ship more or less all of the way through the Panama Canal? Wow, she wasn't giving up her spot for anything was she? What stamina. We were all waiting for her place weren't we? Can you remember what she had on her head? I have forgotten, but remember it being something different.

Yup, I was very sleepy, but was trying to finish watching my movie. I didn't make it, so I'll finish it tonight.

Everything I've read says to use rabbit shampoo or baby shampoo because they're the mildest kinds. The shampoo I used is for kids, but it's tear free, so I figured it would be just as gentle as baby shampoo.

You're such a good mother....even to the piggies. I bet that coconut shampoo made them hungry. haha.

Well, off to work I go. I've packed a bag full of low point foods, and I'm ready to get back to tracking starting today.

YEAH we added another one back to tracking again. Just do one day at a time. It's easier to do after shopping for good foods. You just take them with you to work and keep it easy. Good Job Holly. We'll all get to our goals together....if we get off track because life gets in the way....then we just get right back on as soon as possible and keep going forward. You did so good!

Today should be busy. I suspected the Energizer Bunny lawyer might have missed the fact that we're closed tomorrow, so I let him know yesterday as I was leaving. He was not happy. So I'm sure he's going to kick things up a notch to make up for the loss of work tomorrow.

At least it will make your day go fast and then you have a long weekend.

Sorry Bubba and V....I can't believe you both don't get Friday off. Many people do.

I'm heading off in 2 hours (well, really 1 hr 55 minutes but who's counting)

Leaving from work to drive to Miami - if there isn't too much traffic & I get there at a decent time (someone said it'll take about 4 + hrs) I plan to stop at the Container Store (LOVE THIS PLACE!) and may endulge as I will have my car w/ me before heading over to the hotel.

I leave on a flight at 1040am tomorrow & will be home Sunday night.

I can't wait to sit on that beach, stare out at that water & relax!

I'll check in probably on Monday.
