Hello everyone, I'm back. The trip was amazing. I have so many pictures to share but we are headed to Knott's Berry Farm for Jon's company picnic.

The highlights:

Brooke peeled on her nose so it looked like she had freckles, which is her dream.

We saw a tarantula, scorpion, centipede and a mouse we of course named Mr. Bojangles.

The house was unbelievable. Even nicer than the pictures. Which made me sad to come home to my ugly, old, dirty house.

Ethan walked on water!!!

I can still do a back flip but my body doesn't like it much.


All in all, fun was had by all. The most important question of the trip

I'm a big believer in those that we know in life know all of those the rest of us know in heaven. So while Brian is dancing and eating up a storm my dad and Michelle's dad are standing off to the side chuckling (as they have found each other there, as Chel & I have here) It will all become clear for us when we reach heaven, until then have faith and trust in God.

That's why I have the tile lounger next to Nan's in Heaven already reserved...

I love you all....you help to put some good back into my life and it off balances the sorrow. I'm so fortunate to have found you and I'm happy to share life with you. Many hugs.

When we were there with the grands in May we watched the Country Bear Jamboree doing this with guests, and I was waiting for the chorus bit, but they didn't do it and it didn't feel right!!!

Next as a read your post I thought I had read it before, and then I realized you were quoting and I started to feel hopeful for you then dashed

I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing a friend at such a young age who is "healthy" just makes NO SENSE. Death is part of life and when it comes for those as our elders I think if we are graceful in handling it that is fair, but when it comes to the young there is nothing graceful about it.

Cry as you need and talk to us and share. That is what seems to get us through our grief sometimes.

Well...we had pouring rain this morning, sun, then rain,then sun, then thunderstorms, then some more sun It was warm all day though! We're supposed to have rain for the next three days, I sure hope they're wrong

Send it our way please! Our storms that were predicted for today went somewhere else. We got about 15 minutes of rain but everything was all sunny and dried up by the time I got out of work but it never got out of the 60sF. I should have done more yardwork tonight, but am honestly just too lazy today.
