Happy Friday everyone....John has the day off because it's Good Friday. A nice long weekend. He just ran up to the bagel shop and we had egg sandwiches for breakfast/lunch. It was soooooo good.

I'm procrastinating. The VA called me back to say that there is a 60 day hold on scheduling the fiduciary meeting. Just in case Ray wants to challenge me being appointed. Have they read the reports from his doctor yet??? Could you imagine giving the money to him and expecting him to pay the bill??? I just bought him 7 pairs of new pants and he thinks they magically appeared from the Easter bunny, even though he was told many times that I bought them for him. Anyway, I have to do another letter waiving that right and Ray has to sign it. Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork. Just send me the money already. Oh well, guess it'll take at least another month. Mrs. Bush gets paid on the 15th. Maybe I'll have it in time for the May payment??? I sure hope so coz I still have $1000 to pay by early June for my Tortola cruise. Gotta be paid in full to book Palo, spa and excursions.....hopefully without fishes.

Deb, just when you think you're getting close, they throw another wrench at you. Sorry for the delay. But.......it's still a step forward, so hang in there! I hope this all happens on time for your June cruise payment.

Just a drop-in post to tell you, John, that we are on the PA Tollroad having traversed Ohio on Rt. 70 and on our way to see OUR Sophia. However, at 4 months, she does not need her own computer but her Mom says she likes to watch the screen when games are being played.

Also, because Christopher Robin's stuffed bear had really stiff arms, his arms were always stuck up in the air at first and one day a fly land ed on his nose. The bear, being of very little brain, kept going "pooh pooh" to get the fly to go away ...

What no silly putty

Oh my gosh, seeing the words silly PUTTY reminded me that I wanted to get silly STRING for Tyler's Easter basket! I'll try to remember to pick some up tomorrow.

Sitting here watching Disney channel's latest offering "Sonny with a Chance" starring Demi Lovato from Camp Rock fame, and Nancy Mckeon is in it (Jo from "Facts of Life"). She plays Demi's mom.

And it sure is weird seeing "Jo" giving sage advice ala Mrs. G!!

Well they say better late than never right.....so true....it could be worse.

I'll pay off the balance due on the cruise by June regardless of whether I get their money or not. I just can't depend on it getting here in time. But it sure would be nice not to have to pinch so hard to come up with it along with Ray's expenses and my expenses. Maybe I'll get lucky.

Nope, haven't read them, but my great uncle sent Tyler a set when he was 2 or 3. I should get them out and read them to him soon now that he's only interested chapter books.
