Hi Michelle! Great pics! I should have taken some around here today. It dumped snow all day, and of course, I had to make tons of trips out to the garage to cut the flooring planks. This afternoon a couple of guys knocked on the door and offered to shovel for $10. There's was at least a foot of fresh snow then, so it was well worth it. Of course, now there's been a few more inches, so Ken gets to shovel tomorrow since he's home all day.

Well, I'm on my second very deserved glass of wine and then I'm going to bed! I've had this nasty cold all week. Wed and Thurs I was really full of cold, had to shovel snow and work both days. Doesn't seem fair to have to endure all three things in one dayShe really is a good little soul...but busy!!! I guess her mom really did enjoy her "time off", she didn't call us until noon, then said she'd be over at 3:00. Then she called at 2:00 to say she wouldn't be coming for the roast beef dinner that she had requested
She said she'd come pick up the baby at 6:00. Then I called her at 7:00!!! She asked if I could bring her home to her. So I took her home at 8:00. I absolutely loved my time with my granddaughter...but I am exhausted!! It will be a rest to go to work tomorrow

HEY NAN.....I've been meaning to ask you... is the "D" name (in Facebook) your maiden name? I worked for many years with a Nancy D. who worked at our broadcast rep firm in Los Angeles....any relation? OH....D. is her married name....so it would be her husband who could be the relation. And for the life of me I can't remember his first name. Their child is Hannah.
edite to add: come to think of it "D" might be HER last name that she kept for business purposes....
"D" is my maiden name. No Nancy with the same last name in Los Angeles that I know of, but ya know my parents are from Pasadena. Cowinkiedink

Tyler just woke up to use the bathroom and asked me if he can go sleep in my room for tonight. Wouldn't it be funny if I tricked him and went to sleep in his bed tonight?!
At least that's what I do. And I watch the half-time show. This year we didn't get the commercials, they put Canadian commercials into it.Oh well, made it easier for me to stay upstairs and put the flooring down in the living room
