I think Gayleans sister was sitting in front of us on the tram back to the parking structure. She looked at the girl next to her and said "That was the best trip to Disneyland EVER!" Oh! And I think we saw John and Marilyn on Toy Story Mania!!! You really do like that ride huh Marilyn!!!

I'm up too early today. My poor dog is stressed. She likes to have a sleep in with me, and she couldn't stand it anymore and went back to my bedroom to finish her snooze.

I'm off to babysit for a friend who is checking out kindergartens with her hubby this morning. Wish me luck. As a reminder I had a nanny when my kids were little, as I don't enjoy really small children. These push the boundary for me they are 2 and 4.

Also poor Molly must be getting soaked at camp. It started raining here yesterday. Not really heavy, but I did check what she packed so I hope she is ok

Uggghh.....good luck babysitting, Nan. I don't envy you. I don't like little kids either. I often wonder how Tyler survived his baby and toddler years.

Good Morning All!

There is going to be a heat wave today, it's getting up to 33F! Finally above freezing!

I know that the temperatures might sound completely horrible to those who live in warmer climes, but in reality, it isn't all that bad, except when like last week it got down to -17F.

In reality, one acclimates to the temperature. It's not that it stops feeling cold, it just stops feel as cold, as when there is the first temperature drop of the season.

It is not unusual, after an arctic week like last week, and then goes up into the mid-30's like today, to see people out in shorts. That's because they have adjusted to much colder weather, and the mid-30's can feel so much warmer. And, it is. It will be 50 degrees warmer today than it was 1 week ago.

I however will not be out in shorts. But, it's nice to get a little break.

That's why it always feels warmer in the spring at the same temps than in the fall... I used to try and go every month wearing shorts at least once... I have failed this year...

I woke up a bit too early today.

So, I'm sitting here, bored.

Cool! I'll stick with the Webbie HD though. Seems much more simple for my NON-TECHNO mind.

ughhhh, I woke up to a completely stuffed up nose and 38 degrees outside! The dogs did not want to go out, not that I did either. I think the air is on at work, it's cold!!

Well, I managed to ignore the donuts that showed up in the kitchen at work yesterday! Today is harder, because the ones that are there today are HUGE! 2 of them are like 8 inches long!

We did Toy Story Mania on Hollywood Studios this past weekend. It was so fun!!! Brand new there;

When we went into the park at 2pm, the wait (and the crowds were low) was 90 minutes. We waited till the park was just about closed and we rode twice in 40 minutes.

We got ours sometime in the last week too! (Finally got though the mail last night). HOW AWESOME!! Thanks Cheri so much. It was so much fun sharing a table with our group. I was proud of Daniel....hanging out with us and having fun too!! I loved all the pictures of our table and servers...brought back great memories!!

Normally Ken comes home on Thursday's but he's not which is good since his side of the bed is covered with the kids dirty laundry
And I've completely turned his chair in the rec room into my workzone for cleaning up my volunteer work

I'm ready for a weekend, and I still have a day and a half of work

But I was really happy to watch LOST last night And I'm so happy Jack shaved off that horrid beard. I'm not sure what game Sun is playing, but its looks like she's manipulating Kate.

And I managed to get the kids to daycare on time today without arguing with Shaelyn instead I was snapping at Kaleigh I had her pick out her clothes last night, but she didn't pick out her socks. I was able to get dressed, brush hair&teeth and she was still standing staring into her drawer deciding which socks to wear

And now its time to get off the computer and get back to work.
