We didn't book anything yet either, but are thinking 2010 is a possibility.

My dad and step-mom were just looking at that cruise as they got an e-mail with rates as low as $599 for a balcony on it. But they have plans for that time frame in August so can't do it.

If Shannon had more vacation time it would be tempting for us too. But alas she used all her vacation time doing something else .... I wonder what that could be ....

There's enough of us that if DCL goes to Alaska, Gaylean and Jon will "tag along", as count Shannon and I in on that group that wants to go!

I thought she would be on my side I guess if we all go together there will be some kids there. Most of those cruises don't have anyone under 80 on them!

Nothing if we can get the time off and we can afford it. I was just making a statement not saying it was a bad thing. I know someone that just did a 31 day cruise and I would love to do that. They went to Australia.

I ask because the forecast is for us to reach a high of 96*F!!! (It will drop to 57* at night however!) You won't need any winter clothes to come visit us!

But seriously, that is going to be quite warm for us. I don't think I'll be doing that much yard work on June 30 and July 1 (June 30 is supposed to get to 93*F).

Good for you. Do you think you'll melt? I wish I could come up there. Maybe next summer when it's in the 90s!

It was 2 weeks. No we left Florida and went across the Atlantic to Spain. 5 stops in all.
