Could you post the link again for the pattern for the neck coolers you made for the Fish Extender gifts? Are they reusable or were they only good for the duration of the cruise and once they dried out they had to be pitched? If they were kept wet would they get moldy?
I am learning more about why I felt yucky,
tired, got swollen ankles and had little appetite on the cruise. It was heat exhaustion. People not used to high temperatures who exert themselves in the heat suffer from it.
HA!! Walking the decks, climbing the stairs, walking at our ports of call, snorkeling, etc. might not be more exercise than I am used to, but it was in temperatures I was not used to.
So, in preparation for my next cruise
I want to have some of those neck coolers made and see if I can find some instant powdered gatoraid to add to water
to keep my electrolytes in balance because plain water does not replace what we lose when we sweat.
