OK...I just have to post to see where it shows up! :lmao:

I was experience the twilight zone time warp over on the Planky trip report thread....very bizarre.

What happened to baseball? Football doesn't start here until September.

Your mind is playing tricks on you, even before the beer :thumbsup2

I can't stand baseball. Much to the disappointment of my grandfather. Although I keep telling him he obviously doesn't like baseball either because he is a BlueJays fan.

Yesterday was opening night for the Canadian Football League. And I'm a HUGE CFL fan. My team (the BC Lions) was on the field last night. I can't say they played because it was a pretty sad performance and a losing cause. But at least the season is now underway!

The CFL unveiled their new ad campaign for the season and this is the awesome video for it: (I know most of you don't care, but bear with me as I am a HUGE CFL fan - it brought tears to my eyes!)

And realistically, my passion for the CFL has been spread down to my wife and girls and I'm damn proud of it! :cool1:

This pic was at the Grey Cup (the Canadian Football Superbowl) last year

Well, the posts are printing in time order...but the times are wonkey. Mine shows over an hour ahead of the time here (usually it's just off my 20 minutes or so). I wonder if there's some problem for posts from just certain time zones?

Anyway.....think I'll head out of work and go look for some pizza.

.

I think it is only some people because mine always end up where they are suppose to be until someone bumps them down.

Mine aren't by a long shot. And they are way out of whack. Curious to know where this one ends up.

Someone is going to come along later tonight and wonder what the heck we have gotten into. People replying even before the original post had been made.

BTW the time of this is post 5:52PM pacific time.

I'm not a huge fan of football but that made me cry a little. Jon makes us dress up in Browns gear so I feel for Shannon and the kids :lmao:

No it can't be that because it did it to V which is my time zone and it did it to Connie in FL. And Ken is just giving his computer too much beer!

Thank goodness we aren't having those moments where we post 10 posts in one minute. Now that would be confusing. Especially since there is usually alcohol involved!

We are going to Dave and Buster's so I'll come back on later and read every page very carefully!

Ann and Albert cruised with us last year and I got to know them much better this year than last. Extremely nice folks.

::yes:: ::yes:: Yes they are! We ran into them several times in CA as well. Was very nice getting to know them.

OH....just got my Alltel bill....some nice roaming charges on there. Well, it was still cheaper than calling from the ship! :scared1: AND cheaper than the special phone Alltel wanted me to 'rent' from them and pay to ship back and forth.

.

My Verizon bill is usually about $250 per month (7 phones unlimited) and my bill this month was $500 with the roaming charges. Still it was worth it to talk to my kids!!

DD, DSIL, DrHug and I went and got massages at the local massage school today. My mom went with us, but she does NOT like anyone rubbing her, so she just waited for us in the lobby. Then we all went to lunch at Cheesecake Factory. It was our first time at Cheesecake Factory. I was not impressed with the service, the fish and chips were ok. I was too full to try cheesecake. Then we shopped a bit at the mall. It is about 15 miles to the mall so we do not go often. They have opened a big Dick's Sporting Goods store there. DrHug, DD and DSIL enjoyed that. We got a GPS Garvin Nuvi 200. It was on sale, regular 399 for 149. New model coming out but this will suit our needs just fine. We followed her advise coming home and she did not take the shortest route. :confused3 But she did get us here! :thumbsup2

I didn't want to stay home and do a barbeque with the kid and ray for the fourth of July. So I asked John if he would like to go to Delaware and stay in a hotel by the land......it saves money from staying on the ocean. John hates the sand and won't sit on the beach or swim in the ocean. So they have a pool there and we'll just have drinks by the pool instead. That's fine with me. As long as he takes me to Bethany Beach for fireworks. Hey Lisa, will you be at Bethany for fireworks? Want to meet up? John won't go on the sand, we'll have to do the boardwalk. Send me a PM when you know what you're doing. We're staying in Seaford near our Real Estate's office off of 13. The land and the beach are not far from there.

Want to know why John said yes to going to Delaware so quickly.......he wants to play with his gps at the land site......he wants to get the longitude and lattitude numbers......he just wants to play with gabby, that's what he named her. She's the Garmin Nuvi 660 GPS for the car. He loves his new toy.

It's not a far drive, Sandi and I did the beach down and back in one day while she lived here. It's about 3 hours one way. We'll stay 2 nights. I'm happy about the fourth now.

We are planning to be at Bethany for the fourth. You are welcome to park in our yard....parking is the big problem there, I am sure you know.

OK the post I made at 5:55PM in my time, now list on the board as 7something PM...it originally showed up as like 4;30 pm....wonder what this one will be.

It's 6:42PM Pacific time.

(Had to back track to see Angie and Lisa's posts.....)

.EDITED: and just after posting this, it says 5:28PM now...still about an hour and ten minutes 'earlier' than real time.

ok.....REALLY going for pizza now.....

Oh, and I've been 'dropped' off the boards (needed to re login that is) three times in the last 90 minutes).
