Ways to get to boardwalk

I'm wondering how to get from Animal Kingdom to Boardwalk and then from Boardwalk to the Polynesain.

Is there a place where it is posted where all the buses go. It gets confusing especially when trying to get from park to park or resort to resort

Yes. There's a thread at the top of this forum on how to get from "A" to "B".

Park to park is easy. There's always direct transportation, except Magic Kingdom where you always have to transfer at the TTC.

Animal Kingdom -> Boardwalk = bus
Boardwalk -> Polynesian: if MK is open, bus to MK then monorail to Poly; if DHS is open, walk or boat to DHS then bus to Poly; if not, bus to Downtown Disney then bus to Poly.

But asking in that designated thread is best.
