There are so many ways to measure weight loss other than the scale and sometimes it just amazes me as to the little places that you can see a difference. Just this week I have noticed I can sit on DS's stool without my hips touching the sides, that a bracelet-type watch I haven't worn in a while no longer fits, (guess I am going to have to have some links removed), and my jackets are way too big.

What ways have you noticed besides your clothing and the scale that you have lost weight?

:) That is awesome!!!!

I have noticed I have a baggy butt when I wear my jeans, shorts and bathing suit :) I also notice that my the hooded sweatshirt I wore andf bought in Dec at WDW is HUGE!!!!

My glasses are getting loose! I'm going to have to stop by the optician's and have them adjusted.

Also, my husband wanted to know if I'm letting my hair grow. It's the same length as always (I get it trimmed every 3 weeks) but just looks longer because my face is thinner.

Glo, I forgot about baggy butt! I guess I've just gotten used to the baggy butt syndrome.

froglady, that is so interesting, never thought of those two things!

I came up with another one and that would be my underware, I think it is time to buy some smaller ones.

Bra cups no longer are filled up- I have little material wrinkles where filling used to be! And I can wear the smallest rung and they're still loose!

I did start measuring arms, calves, thighs, waist, hip and chest every 2 weeks- I was amazed I had lost 5.5 inches in two weeks- the funny thing was I gained 1/2 inch in my calves- guess all that walking is building my calf muscles- now if they'd only push the fat out of the way!

Oh, and my kidlets say "Mommy your bootie is getting smaller!"

I have a couple of rings that I haven't worn in years. They finally fit again!

I'm looking forward to my May flight to Orlando. I'll bet that seat belt is easier to deal with now :)

I'll bet you're looking forward to a lot more than just the FLIGHT to Orlando! ;) Just think of all the extra energy you'll have when walking the parks!

Oh man, need a trip to Orlando!!!!

I hear you! My A cup is loose! (too much information?) ;) YIKES!

I can't think of any other ways I've noticed aside from how my clothes fit (and how I look in the mirror!) ;) My watch was always loose and I never got it sized right, ha ha! ;)
