I'm trying to print an Excederin online coupon, and it says my limit for printing it has been exceeded. I don't remember printing it (it's on Red Plums website). Any way to get around this?
TIA

I've not been able to figure out a way either.

The only way I know to do it is print our a coupon at home and another one at work.

If the coupon is directly through excedrin's website, just email them & tell them you couldn't print it out. They'll mail you one. I do this pretty much on every site if it's a good coupon - 1/2 the stores around here on Long Island don't take internet printed coupons anymore anyway.

It could also be that the total limit for the promotion has been met---like if Excedrin authorized 10,000 coupons to be printed and your attempt was number 10,001.

If you go to www.HotCouponWorld.com (you'll have to register--painless) under the coupon resources tab at the top, there are two links to printables through HCW/coupons.com. You can print those coupons twice :) Some are rolling printables, meaning you can print every 30 days.

If you have a fixed IP address, then there is not way around it. They track the IP address. If you have a floating IP address, then clearing out your cookies will work.

If you have a cable modem, try hitting the reset button. This should reset your IP address and it should work.

When I did more couponing I'd use my work computer and our two home computers to get triple the limit. it's the only way I know of!

Easiest way? Download a program called PrimoPDF - it installs as an extra "printer" on your PC but "prints" everything into a PDF file that saves on your hard drive instead of actually printint out - you can then print as many of them as you like and have a backup in case you lose your original (you just open the PDF file and print that whenever you want instead of trying to actually print a paper copy from the website).

Doing this would be the same as photo copying the same coupon over and over. It would not have a unique code and the store would only get reimbursed for one coupon. If this happens too often store's will stop accepting printed coupons.

Alot of times I can hit the back button, then refresh and it will print a second coupon with a unique code. Most places will only allow two prints though.

You guys are lucky your stores still take internet coupons. No one around here has taken them in several years  .

I am from the Lehigh Valley too, and Wal-Mart will take as may internet coupons that you have as long as you have the same amount of product, Giant, Weis are now taking them but only two of each coupon, as for Redners, I have not gone there with them yet, oh! and Wegmans takes them too....

A few weeks ago Wal-Mart was the only one taking them, but I figure the others would have to take them for everyone were taking there business to the store that was :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: so give it a try again, just make sure you get them from a good site, most will have your name on them or a water mark type on them when printed so the store knows they are legal ones....

good luck

I'm not sure how to help you in this specific incident - but I print everything to a .pdf file and then make as many copies as I need.

edited to add: Just read the post about why this isn't a good idea. Sorry! :(
