Based on the previous responses, there is some confusion in what you are actually asking for. Charles has posted links to historical data. If you are looking for what a specific contract was bought/sold for and filed with Orange County Florida then when you look up the deed on the website and the amount isn't listed (there are some closing agents listing the total price and some don't include it), you simply take the the Doc Deed Tax paid and divide it by .007 to arrive at the exact price paid by the buyer. You then take that amount and divide it by the amount of points on the contract to arrive at the price per point.
Keep in mind that if it was resale, there is no way to determine from the deed if it was a loaded/stripped contract. This important if you are trying to compare contracts. For example, someone may have agreed to pay $120/pt. for a given contract, but only agreed to pay that because it was "loaded" and came with many "free" points thereby giving the buyer a much lower effective price per point than the $120.
