Way Early I know but anyone going on Eastern May 1-8 2004?

Hey Julie ... are you and I the only ones left??

Helloooooooo out there ..... where'd everybody go?????????

I'm here just got work piled on me:badpc:

My boss had the nerve to go on vacation starting the Monday I got back! :badpc: :badpc:

Not sure how I'm ever going to get away with waiting a few years to do another Disney cruise. Alyssa is bouncing off the walls asking me every day, "When are we gonna do another Disney cruise?" But realistically, it can't happen before 2006 unless we get a really nice bonus at work... speaking of which, pardon me for a sec... :badpc: Take that! :badpc:

If I ever get all my pics downloaded off my camera (I took about 250), I'll post some.

Jeff

Hi I'm here! This thread is getting funny! at the expense of my hubby! I posted some pictures in my trip report from day 3. I haven't uploaded anything from day 3 and beyond yet... Coming slowly. I need to go and get my panties!

J

Go get em Jeff!!

I have written let see... about 5 lines of code since I have been back. Hopefully, I get one tomorrow so I am a little better then 1 per day.

Philly Jen were not laughing at Headgear Pat we're laughing with him. And actually I think some of us are wondering how to get on your mailing list.

I like orange!

Was I the only one that was tired of Susan and "G" by the end of the cruise?

I mean really, he wasn't all that...

LOL Jason ... I agree completely!!! That couple was everywhere ... it seemed like everywhere i turned i bumped into them. Just thought i was the only one! Glad to know i am not alone.

Jason...we're with you on that one! It seems like everytime we turned around they were there...and yes, we grew very tired of them!!!

We did love the "I like orange" line though and used it quite a bit...we crank called Pango & Laura's room and said, in the most seductive of voices, "I like orange" when they answered the phone. Julie the cruise director (aka Kara) sounded a lot like the "I like orange" voice, so everytime she would come on the loudspeaker (which was a lot ), we would all say "this is Julie, your cruise director...today we have Bingo in Studio Sea and by the way I like orange!!!"

Whenever I saw them around all I could think about was that G didn't really stand for the Spot it stood for Geek, Goof, Gonad...you get the idea.

:teeth: :teeth:

Ok- if any of you read my trip reports, you know we were in bed, or at least in our cabin by 9:30 every night. What is this I like Orange Bit.....

BTW-Tom/Julie, we are considering Vegas in August/September....

Off to return headgears bday present then out to ice cream....Like I need ice cream

Philly Jen--The I like orange thing (yep we made it to 1 adult thing on the whole cruise) was the ventriloquist that was at the welcome aboard variety show did an Adults only show in Rockin Bar D one night. She got 3 people out of the audience 1 of which was this blonde haired girl and before she brought her up on stage she asked if they had any nicknames for each other. She said G and she was really embarrased. The ventriloquist brought her up on stage and coerced what the G stood for which we found out through a lot of "school girl giggling" (like that reference!) that it stood for G Spot. It was pretty funny (at the time but I was pretty loaded on Gin this night) and then the ventriloquist started doing her ventriloquist bit and when she would tap 1 of the 3 of the shoulder they were supposed to open their mouths and pretend to be talking. She asked the first guy what his favorite color was and he replied something and then she asked this girl and in a very seductive voice the ventriloquist announed "I like Orange" and it went on a few times after that. I think it would only make sense if I didn't try to explain it on this board but could explain it in person!!!

And hey did someone say VEGAS?????

WHERE'S PANGO??????

Pango...where are you??? Are you wasted away again in Margaritaville, or are you off somewhere having a cheeseburger in paradise or some boat drinks??? Your lovely wife is out of town for the week so the way I see it is you have the perfect opportunity to spend way too much time on the computer not getting anything done around the house!!! I am expecting some very good stuff from you tonight (on the computer...get your mind out of the gutter)! If Headgear Pat can post, then you should be able to come up with something too!!!

::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes::

Philly Jenn...did you say VEGAS?????????
Now you're talking!!!!!!

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

I like red. I like green. I like blue. I like yellow. yeah yeah yeah

I like orange.

Although the G couple drove me a wee bit batty, that ventriloquist was hilarious!

Just smile and nod. ::yes::

Did anyone catch the "family version" of the ventriloquist earlier that night? She did the same show, but she did it with kids instead of adults...it was just as funny as the "adult version". My kids thought it was hilarious.

Although the G couple drove me a wee bit batty, that ventriloquist was hilarious!

Me too!

OK.. OK.. Here I am!!!
There is nothing worst then Tommy Boy calling me out of my shell.

I have been busy sorting out the Cruise Wear from the "Luggage"... That is one of the spelling word for the spelling test for Mrs. Austin.

Dropped off film on my way home from work today...Laura gave me one thing to do this week while she was gone. Check that off my List.

Took me 3 and a half hours to do the lawn, I have been a busy bee :bounce:

Soccer, Softball, with Maddy and Golf on Monday Night.. There is not enough time to Post a Thread... But I still have time to Read them at work.

Oh, by the way Head Gear... Nice Drink...that lime thing... that will go down as a high point of the cruise. ::yes::

Well, got to go Dryer just Beeped.

Until We meet again, there is something to say about.... Changes in latitude and changes in attitude...

P.S. I also like ORANGE

Welcome back Pangoman!!!! :bounce: :cheer2:

Man you just dropped the film off???? JenLynn wanted to drop the film off on the way back from the airport. We decided to wait until we at least unpacked it.

Hmmm.... didn't really seem to notice the G couple that much... Guess it was all those Miller Lites. :drinking1

Hey Hey... It's Friday!!!! Made it through one drag of a week! Well, I think I am finally pulling out of my funk. Still Miss you guys, just not as depressed! I am focusing on all our positives and reading all the trip reports to hold onto the Magic!!

Going to try a bushwacker tonight along with MonkeyBoy's recipe so should be a good night!! pirate:

Last week at this time I was getting ready to make the mad dash at Castaway Cay for the Hammock. BTW, my father in law ended up taking a nap in pretty much the remainder of the morning, but what a great place that we were all at last week at this time.

Joe, I don't mean to get you back into your funk, but could we at least wait until next week before we are O.K. with being back in the real world. Also if what PhillyJen sent to Syracuse didn't belong to JenLynn because they were white, does that mean that JenLynn wears an Orange one under that school girl outfit?

JenLynn, I am still laughing every time I look back at your post that says "I like Orange!!" I am starting to think that Joe is the Lucky one, but don't tell him we have string him along a while longer.

PhillyJen, Vegas would rock, I think Headgear at Red Square would be a perfect fit. The pictures are awesome, even though I thought I saw one of Pat with B**Bs, you have to watch what you put on the internet. Are we ever going to see the remainder of Headgear Pat's top 10 list of things that don't suck?

Jason, I am actually sad for G and her husband, I just don't think that it is fair. For someone to use up their whole 15 minutes on one cruise just doesn't seem to be right. BTW, I know you have to be excited to go on your back to back cruises coming up, but when you post to those other threads and not on ours It Hurts, It Hurts really bad. Remember we were the first and you never forget your first.

Travis, hey I am glad you were able to get some computer time, and thanks for helping me out with the A1A reference.

Heidi, Vegas, over labor day this year we are planning on going, right now we are booked at the Monte Carlo, but hoping that better rates come out for Mandalay Bay so that we may stay there. Much and Many more details to come. Monkeyboy are you still alive?

Pango, all I can say is that one week ago today we were sitting in chairs in the ocean at Castaway Cay with drinks in our hand. THAT DIDN'T SUCK.

Linda, sorry to hear that Robbie is ill. Madalyn developed a fever and pink-eye on Monday afternoon and didn't go to school yesterday or today.

JenLynn, Robbie had pink eye as part of his whole illness thing as well!! Must have been on the ship. He had stomach flu, pink eye and a cold, all three at the same time. I am just so grateful he didn't get any symptoms until after we got home, sick kids are so much easier to deal with at home!!!

He is now almost 100% again. Hope Madalyn is better!

Linda

Thanks Linda Madalyn is better, but now Teddy is running a fever. Your right! It's easier to deal with a sick kid when they have all the comforts for home.

Tom Tom Tom... Ok your right we'll put our recovery off till next week. Your right at this time last week I beleive we were walking along the pathway to the beach, snapping many pictures along the way!

In about an hour, Kadir will have delivered our cooler of Miller Lite! Ice cold miller lite delivered on Castaway Cay in your very own cooler... Now That doesn't suck!!!

And I'll leave to your imagination what JenLynn likes to wear under the outfit. :smooth:

Jason say it's not so!!!! :faint: You have forgot us already!!! :sad1: :sad2:  Already looking forward to your next visit less then a week after we said good bye. Where's the love???

Ahhh well... At least the weather here has been nice... JenLynn actually got a little sunburned from laying out in our back yard yesterday. I tell you stay at home moms have the life. :duck:

Julie--we laughed so hard at the "family show" of the ventrioloquist. Miles who is SO into potty humor right now thought that the whole "he's gonna kick my butt isn't he?" I think Miles laughed for 20 min. The baby thing was also hilarious!!

Joe--We got railroaded into bringing our Spongebob (our "official" ******* name for the drink) to a company barbeque tomorrow! At least I'll know someone (spongebob) there right??? I plan on drinking them ALL so no one else gets any!!!! The ONLY way to get out of post trip depression is to plan another one! We already have several in the "thinking about" stage so it has helped ease the transition back to cooking and cleaning much better than doing nothing! I've already scoped out airfare and rates and dates to Cancun Club Med along with rates and dates to the Mex. Riviera on either RCCL or Carnival. It does help pass the blues away a little bit!!

Tom--Vegas over labor day huh???hmmmmm.....It might work for us! We are going to be down there around the 23rd or 24th of August since my bra thief is singing again AND it is our Anniversary AND my birthday....don't know if we can swing it til labor day and he is done singing I think the 24th or 25th of August but we'll have to keep thinking up a plan...maybe we'll have to go down twice in 2 weeks???:teeth: :teeth:

Sorry to hear all of you are NOW getting hit with illness as we know how bad it sucks! EWWW Pink eye yuck!! I hate that crap!! Tanner has yet ANOTHER cold but I blame that on the weather! Monday it was 87 here and tuesday it was 40 with some snow not too far from our house. Oh well at least I can get a 3 dollar bottle of cold and cough instead of a 10 dollar one!!! I'm hoping to get a little sunburned this weekend or else I'm gonna have to go to the tanning salon to keep this bronzed look.

Off to finally clean my house and boy does it need it!
