Wave entree options?

Have an ADR for The Wave for our upcoming trip and looking at the menu and pictures I have no clue how I'll decide what I want. Just about every item is up my alley. What is your favorite? (I'm aware about the bacon and eggs app and will definitely be getting that)

I really enjoyed the short ribs (and of course the bacon and eggs app - so good). Chocolate flight dessert was not a win for me.

I also Loved the beef tenderloin. The potatoes it came with was also a great choice. I do Not like asparagus so I got Broccoli instead. Really enjoyed my meal there!

I too love the braised short rib with goat cheese polenta. Its OUT OF THIS WORLD.
