Hi everyone!
I started a fun, fun job. However, that means I no longer have the time to walk my three times a week three-miles at the mall. So - I've got to find another exercise routine. I've heard of "Walk Away the Pounds", but never tried it.
So, can those of you who love it - or hate it - give me some honest comments? I'd really appreciate it! Like Nativetxn said, exercise IS non-negotiable on Atkins and I've lost too much weight to go backwards!

Like Katholyn though, I have memorized all the tapes that I use regularly, but I've been using them for over 11 months!
I really should have tried to do it this morning before she got up.
