G glo Has a heart bigger then all of Joined Aug 18, 1999 Messages 13,162 Apr 13, 2003 #2 Debbie...since it is a 2 mile tape in 30 mims and 3 in 45..I say it is 4 mph. If you do weights..add 10 mins of low weghts under condtioning..the 3 mile..20 mins.
