Watersport dvc discount?

I haven't been on the boards for a long time. Our trip is coming up in April, so I decided to check in and make some plans. We are splitting our trip between Boardwalk and Wilderness Lodge (we love to experience different resorts). My son wants to do a fishing excursion this year. I know you can do it at Boardwalk, but can you also do it at Wilderness Lodge? In addition, do dvc members get a discount?

I remember reading something about paying one price at Wilderness Lodge for watersports. Can anyone give me information on this program and whether or not DVC members get a discount?
