Watercraft Ski Adventure: Castaway Cay Booking Issue?

I am trying to book the Watercraft Ski Adventure but when I try to book through one of our linked rooms, it shows up as unavailable but when I try to book it through the other room, it shows up as available. In the room that can book the excursion only one of the three want to do it (myself) and in the room that it doesn't work all four want to do it (two adults and two kids). Also if I try to book a double for myself and someone in the other room, no times come up, but if I try and book it with someone else in my room and myself, it works fine.

I called the Disney Cruise line number and they said they weren't sure why it was happening and couldn't help me other than to have me book a double with just people in my room and a singe with the other person in the room. Now even if there were other openings at that time, I cant book it because everyone in my room is already tied up to a reservation at that time.

Has anyone had this issue before and were they able to get the issue resolved or tell me why might one room not be able to book this excursion.

Also if I book the excursion with only people from my room, can we let anyone in the other room use the ticket (assuming they meet the age or other requirements) to do the excursion?

for what its worth, I showed up at the excursion with my ticket and nothing else. no one validated who i was

Are you all the same Castaway Club level? If your room is a higher level than the other room, you will have to wait until the other room's booking window opens up.
