Sorry, it's been a long day...

Has anyone had another beverage offered with their Escape cake/champagne ceremony? I was going to ask my planner about bottles of water but if it is $4+ a bottle, I will pass!

I'm having fresh organge juice to serve mimosas or just orange juice - don't have a price yet though!

If they won't throw in tap water for free, you can get an ice water station set up for something like $25.... might still be a savings! :goodvibes

At my dessert party I asked for a water station and they did it for free. It was tap not bottled but it was free!

I had water for those who wanted it and I ordered Sprite for the kids so their champagne glasses had "bubbly" too ! I don't recall how much it was, but they had plenty to refill the glasses as much as needed and it was for a set price. As hot as it was in August, the kids drank enough to get our money's worth.

Thanks ladies! I thought about sneaking in a bottle if diet sprite for myself for the "bubbly" look but I wanted to get something else for everyone :)

We are having an Escape wedding and are adding the orange juice for mimosas also-cost on BEO is $5.00 per class and is billed on consumption (BOC). The same goes for the extra champagne-they are bringing 5 bottles, but will open and bill BOC as needed. We ordered a bottle of sparkling cider for the two kids. I know that many Brides have had the water stations already there without asking or charge.

I would think with the outdoor weddings they would automatically include the water station since it can get so hot in Orlando.

We didn't even ask for it, but there were pitchers of ice water (tap) on each table. We also ordered apple juice for the kids for the toast.

I told my planner I wanted extra drinks and she said there would be water and anything else would be unnecessary. The water ran out pretty qucikly and we had some thirsty guests for a while. This was 2 years ago though, so maybe they've started having more water available. THe one thing I wish we'd thought to do was grab a couple of bottled waters or cokes from the limo - they were there and no one ever touched them.
