Hello

Last year at the water park's I got a little cut on my foot. Being the sensitive soul that I am - I then walked funny for the rest of our time at the park (OK stop giggling now:) )

Anyway my question is - I was going to buy some water shoes but I was wondering if Reef convertible sandals would do?

They look like this...

Would I be able to wear them on the slides? Has anyone tried it?

TIA

Hi

DH wears water shoes as he can't bear walking bare footed (delicate flower that he is LOL). When we went on the slides the attendant asked him to take them off as they would stick on the slide and could cause him to fall.

He just slipped them off at the top of the slide and held them on the way down.

They will be fine in the pool and raft type rides.

Kaylee - we've tried these type of shoes, watershoes (like windsurfers wear) and nothing (nothing on our feet, not nothing at all;) ).

Nothing on your feet - we found the floor away from water HOT HOT HOT, so have never attempted this before.

The reef type shoes were not our faves because we were made to take these off most rides and they also felt more uncomfortable than watershoes.

The watershoes were a firm fave and we'll be wearing these again this year. I took mine off only on one ride (not because I was asked but because I didn't want them sticking to the side on the fast slide - got loads of metal in my leg and didn't want to tweak that:rolleyes: ).

That's our votes for waterpark shoes:D

Thanks guy's :)

Mmm I may need to buy some water shoes then,

Annie - I love my countdown LOL :)
