This time we purchased PHP+. So, I told DS (11) that he and I could escape DH and MIL and do a waterpark day. We've done other water parks, but never a Disney one. Anyhow-- we leave in a few weeks and I'm wondering if it's even going to be warm enough. Any thoughts??

Since you are from NY, it might be. We shouldn't be getting another cold front. Hopefully not!

We went 2 years ago at the same time and had wonderful weather!! We went to TL twice and BB once.

I'm going to the water parks next week, I hope it will be warm enough then, I'd hate to turn blue!

Does anyone know if the water is still heated in MARCH, and if so what is the temp of the water. THANK YOU!!

I heard that the water is heated....and I thought you could rent a wet suit if you wanted but I've not been so we need some confirmation of this. I really want to go to in a few weeks. *But I will NOT be wearing a wet suit....I just can't picture it without laughing! Now, my son (who wants to be a navy seal when he grows up) is dying too!

We going to WDW every year in early March. Always go to the water parks. We always pick the warmest days to go. In March, some days are in the 70's and some in the 80's. Even had a few days in the 60's. We only go to the water parks if it is going to reach 80, but never a problem this time of the year.

It has been in the high 70s lately. During a wall raising for a Habitat for Humanity house this weekend, the temperature got up to 81. Most of us got sunburnned. The water parks should be fine next week.

We always go to the water parks with the kids during their spring break. The past two years it has been in March. It has always been warm enough.
I'm a Floridian so the water has to be pretty warm for me to get in. I've never had a problem.

Maybe we have been lucky, but for the last two years, we have visited a water parks in March and found the weather so warm that you wanted to cool off in the water. Our trips to Orlando were in the second week of March. We plan to spend the whole day at BB this year.

However, we have been to Water Park in January and dared not to get out of the pool. But the lines where short.

I hope this helps.

We went to Typhoon Lagoon 1 day during our trip last (early) March...it was 88 degrees that day! It was great. The rest of the trip the temp was about 75-80. The water is nicely heated.
