Water Parks in July

We are planning a trip to Disney the week of July 11, 2006. Will we be able to get into the water parks in the middle of the day or do you need to get there first thing in the morning?

We were there in mid-July 2003. Got to the buses around 10:30 or 11:00. Blizzard Beach was already full. We had not planned on going to the parks that day, so we spent a couple of hours in the hotel pool. The hotel checked for us around 1:30 and it had opened back up, so we went then. Arrive around 2:00 and had plenty of time to do everything. Also, no lines getting in and the park was clearing out. Did not have to wait in long lines for slides, etc. It worked out just fine.

A few years back we went around 2:00 or 3:00 (in June) and was able to get in, but the place was so crowded it wasn't enjoyable. We couldn't find tubes for the lazy river and when we finally did, it was so crowded you felt like you were right on top of one another. We only stayed an hour or so and went back to the hotel.
