We upgraded our tickets to include the water parks option. My question is can we use two entitlements on the same day? I.E. a water park in the morning and then go to Disney Quest that same night?

Yes. Doing so will deduct 2 entries from the number you have available.

I figured that. I don't think we'll use all of them anyway so that part doesn't matter to us.
